This is my second playthrough of the game, and I am (as I invariably do), cheating as much as possible this time around. I downloaded the excellent guide by Tnor and the commands are working beautifully. However, whenever I try to add a perk, I get this message: "Item 'LadyKiller' not found for perimeter Perk" (Obviously, 'LadyKiller' is just an example). I have tried all variations of capitalization, put the numeric ID instead of the name tag, and even combined the name tag with the numeric ID, all to no avail. Any thoughts, or did I just make a boneheaded mistake?

    It's: player.addperk xxxxxxxx

You have to enter the perk's 8-character hex code.

So for instnace, to add Cowboy, the command would be:

    player.addperk 00138562
    /--\
    Keep Calm
    And
    Throw a blanket over it

Ten minutes of entertainment, crammed into three hours.

Newvegasnexus has a hell of alot of good mods for fallout new vegas using the assassin perk mod and lvl 100 mod and the starcap mod, and ofcourse the naked skins and such, they have everything you could ask for, only problem is they want you to register on the webpage. :P

I am an old gamer and i need my trainers to help me complete them these days so i have started to look at what trainer options i have for my games and Cheat happens tend to not disappoint so thank you for the game enjoyment i can still have.

You don't have to register to download files. Just go to the mod you want, go to the file tab and then download it.
