After some time playing ive been "hunting" for all the companions and i finally found them all. (With some help from the internet)
Heres how to get them, if u dont wanna know it well then look away :P

Hi:
For what your question concerns, yes you can, and no not directly in 1 time (well it can but that can maybe ruin the game)
What can be done with companions though is the following
Using companion mods, which can be found on this site:
newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34870
mod is called unlimited companions version 1.01
also you need the optional file called max followers 12
these 2 files go in to the data folder of fallout 3 las vegas, they are so called .esp files, which you need to tick , when you start the game, in the data option in the main menu of the game.
also you need the following file from the same url:
newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34955
called companion sandbox mode 1_1
this file makes it so when you tell the companions to wait, they go do about their thing in game, so they interact with the area where you let them wait, they drink beer, or they walk around sit on chairs gamble with slot machines etc, they dont wander to far off though, they are bound to a certain movement space, also they still attack enemies even when in wait mode.
i installed myself the above mentioned mods and they work very well.
caution need to be taken when you enter certain areas which dont allow for companions to follow , else chance is the game crashes.

Raul Tejada is in some sort of basement. At Black Mountain there's a bunch of buildings with a couple of Knightkin guarding the compound. 1 of those buildings has 2 computers, 1 has the password to the other and the other opens a door. Raul Tejada is in the room and you can eventually ask for him to join you.
the night kin you are referring to is a she. she was part of the masters army and an old lady in a vault when it was invaded. she was dunked in the FEV tanks and turned into a nightkin
