So I decided to fix him up and now he is the most annoying thing in the game when he starts playing

ED-E is in the Mojave Express in Primm and Rex is in The Kings School of Impersonation (a place where a gang dresses up like Elvis) in Freeside, the slums outside of New Vegas. Actually, the Kings place is near the New Vegas North Gate.

Not sure if you guys already noticed this, but you don't have to have the EDE robot physically by your side to gain bonuses.

I took him as a companion, but I left him in my room (Novac), by telling him to wait.

You retain the Enhanced Sensors perk even if he isn't with you - meaning that you still get to see the Nightkins in VATS, and enemies show up on your direction bar.
The only thing you miss out on is his attack, which I never really seemed to need.

Same thing for Boone. You can leave him in a room, and keep the Spotter perk.

It was amusing walking alone around the Great Khan camps having people telling me that I am traveling with an F-ing murderer!

Anyone else having a issue with the trainer making your character float in the air and you cant get down?

I am not sure if its because I just added abunch of XP and 5 point'ers at once to level up in the begining of the game or not or if its a combination of options from the trainer.

Anyhow this ruins saves after it does this glitch.
After it does it, trainer or no trainer... your save loads with you in the air and you just walk around unable to comunicate with doors or anything because your not close enough to activate anything!

I restarted my character and did the trainer options again and it happened right from the start this time. It doesnt do it untill you start messing with the trainer.

Anyone else have this issue? I dont have any problems with any other trainers and I have ALOT.

Nope don't have this issue although I never took the updated version of the trainer. With those added extras.

What's the point of setting ED-E to range and passive if he charges at everything while defeating the purpose of having trained up stealth skill.
