Yeah, but my Euclid's gun to use the satellite wherever I wanted is bugged where it crashes to desktop, although using it on the NCR outside of the facility worked fine.

yes i activaterd archimede II defense system and after it kill all ncr in the area i wander a bit around and then my game crashes. A HINT TO ALL: DONT activate the archimedes II defense system at helios one. it crashes your game.
and there is another "glitch" but i would call it a bug. after tutorial and i wander abit around i find a dog standing still by a gecko body. if i try shoot the dog my bullets just pass right trough it.
Worked for me
The Euclid's C-Finder is what lets you shoot with beams from that satellite once a day, no matter where you aim it (outdoors obviously).
Basically, you aim and click to shoot and it tells the satellite up in space to fire there.
