Fallout New Vegas Save Editor?

I'm working on a save, and I really could use a editor to edit my save and add a certain number of each and every item, armor, clothing..ect.. without having to go through the id list manually. is there such a thing out yet, can someone code it..ect? let me know post haste. thanks
