i can't seem to get the launcher to save my video settings..upon running it for the 1st time it dete

FALLOUT New Vegas launcher issues

i can't seem to get the launcher to save my video settings..upon running it for the 1st time it detected my settings and said that i can run in ultra..go into game and everything looks like it's on 680x800...anyway i go back to launcher i manually set it and it keeps reverting back...any ideas?
