    100% lock works fine.
    You could also use the kill command for faster results.

    I was joking with my above comment. No way am I using console codes just to unlock something. I prefer the fiddling with the lock

    fLockSkillBase will actually set the lock skill to 100, but will not set all locks to 100% probability because that % is given by your skill*modifier. The modifier is different for each lock.

    strange, each lock i come across has 100% force on it with the console command, from very easy to very hard, and trust me, i've come across a LOT of locks

    its alot of typing yes, just put it in a .txt file placed at the fnv directory, then open console and type "bat 1" if its named 1.txt like mine is
