It's weird the steam homepage says its playable now.. but the game still says preloaded and waiting for it to unlock. I restarted steam several times.
Guess I need to wait 10+ minutes for this unlock to propagate?

That's odd, because all versions are tied to steam by design regardless of purchase method as far as I know, what with Steamworks being required DRM, Steam Cloud managing settings, and Steam Achievements and such.
Good luck to you, but in all honesty you might be surprised when you find out you're getting the same product as everyone else with a different website to download the first set of files from =P
