Saw the ending? DLC probably?
yea..seen the ending. loved it. very nice. i don't know how some didn't see that ending coming u know. how clear do they have to be? DLC most likely. this game was Tier 1 operative 101. it was authentic. loved it.
I think the story is actually based on real event as my buddies in army told me that there was a crazy rescue attempt in Afghan 2002.
And yes, the 2nd level is based on one of most fierce battle in the initial stage of war, during which Northern Alliance took the booby-trapped airport at a huge cost.

I start to wondering if DLCs are coming out, will they include forces other than US? Probably the siege of Sangin which involves UK and Canadian forces.

But the thing which worries me so much is this game only talk about the bravery and honor, but the brutality of war is ignored (name all the shooting games, it is always like this).
u know i think its best that the brutality of war is left out. it isn't pretty no matter how righteous it might be. and yes a lot of this game is based on certain actual events. especially Rangers landing righ on top of a mole hill so to speak where instead of a handfull of fighters(as initially believed) there were probably regiment strength of Taliban fighters..the last of the most loyal and fierce and they were outnumbered 10 to 1.remember seeing an interview on tv about a Ranger narrating that episode. what we should remember is..that they're heroes..every last one of them and they would never leave anyone behind.
