Numpad 1: Gold
Numpad 2: Hero Level
Numpad 3: Hero Skill Points
Numpad 4: Unit Level
Numpad 5: Add Forces


Notes

ALL of these options are to be used in the tactical window and NOT while
in battle or combat mode.

Numpad 1: Gold - press the key and it adds gold

Numpad 2: Hero Level - select ARMY MANAGEMENT icon and then select your HERO
character. Press this key to increase the HERO level. This will also
increase your ability points. You may have to click on another
character and then back again to your HERO to see it has changed. This
does not work on non-HERO units.

Numpad 3: Hero Skill Points - select ARMY MANAGEMENT icon and then select your HERO
character. Press this key to increase the HERO skills points. You may have
to click on another character and then back again to your HERO to see it has changed.
This does not work on non-HERO units.

Numpad 4: Unit Level - select ARMY MANAGEMENT icon and then select one of your
units. Press this key to increase the unit's level. This will also
increase your ability points. You may have to click on another unit and then
click back to to see that it has changed. This does not work on HERO units.
Higher unit level will also give you more SKILL POINTS for this unit.

Numpad 5: Add Forces - select ARMY MANAGEMENT icon and then select one of your
units or your HERO. Press this key to increase the size of that unit's
forces. Adding too many units will significantly slow the game when
in battles and cause unit confusion, so use this sensibly.

I have encountered a peculiar bug however - specifically when you have multiple heroes in your army - and I also found a way to circumvent it.

When adding hero levels and abilities (everything the trainer does with the hero) only the hero which is in the last place of all the heroes (the leftmost hero) in the active army line (not the resting line) gets the bonus.

If you have several heroes, you just have to swap their position around to level them up etc.

The problem is, if you want to level up richard, you have to sent him to the RESTING line, with no other heroes present in the resting line, because he is always in the first place in the active army line ... and voila Richard is a badass too
