Unlike most of you, I was banned for using a trainer in singleplayer. I never used it for multiplayer. However there are two issues that came with this.
A: As I said, I only used it for single player achievements, not muliplayer.
B: I did NOT use a cheathappens trainer at the time, I used a regular publicly coded trainer. It worked good too. But I only used it for singleplayer achievements.
I am extremely angry and get this.. I complained that the banning was unfair (I did so in a calm tone, not with anger) and in the e-mail I asked to see the evidence against me. they not only flat out refused but had the gaul to send me an e-mail a day later asking "how was your customer support experience with us". Thats low blizzard... Sure they were nice, i have no problems with the staff, with the policy yes. I'm not paying another 60 bucks to get the full game again. I did that, and they took the game away from me. Sure, i can play it in 'guest mode" but thats pathetic.
Anyone get banned like me, feel free to gripe or comment here. Any class actions?

Actually, pretty much everyone here who was banned, was banned for using the trainer in Single Player. CH posted an article about it too. Link
