I have Steam version on win7 64b using dx11 playing offline and several episodes in. I did not apply the GFWL patch (it did not ask either). I am using the pre-patch trainer 1.0.0.129 and all options in the trainer work without issue.

win7 x64, skidrow ver, using their launcher, no patches (obviously). Have the health problem but all other options work.

w7 64, steam version, dx9, patched, can confirm that the health bug happens.

DX11 Vista 32bit patched retail. Health options do the reverse but the other options work fine.
Steam versions right now are not running the patch as Valve messed up with the wrong version this could be why its not working for all.
If you have the retail dvd rom or GFWL Games On Demand digital download they will not work as they are patched. Steam version is no longer patched until they fix it so they made a workaround which means Steam users are not getting the patch pushed out to them for now.
This could explain why some are ok with the trainer.
Thank you

Win7 64bit with DX11. Numpad 1 drops Health to near Zero. Next hit or running aginst something the player is dead. Unpatched game. Can also confirm this error.

got another interesting bug with the trainer, enemies wearing a battle suit light VS become invulnerable. seems to only happen when infinite t-eng is enabled. makes some levels impassable

confirm again. Same prob here. The cool effect is, if you wear the same suit, you are invulnerable too.
So the people with this 1HP bug can use this and they will never be killed If a enemy wears this suite, disable function and reenable after killing

The invincible battle armor is tied to the Never Reload function that I've experienced, but while wearing it, a powerful enough single hit can instantly break the battle armor off of you, and while it will be on the ground where it got dropped, it only has one hit from any damage before it breaks again after that point.
It also seems to affect certain NPC hover-bike light VS some enemies use when stealing the submarine in episode 4 chapter 4, so that not even hand Cannon SP shots can take them down.
