Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Message Board  

when i download the No Cd crack for the game and i set admin status and i set compatibility to windows vista it crashes....what do i do to gaet this game running on Windows 7? have retail version of game so i use the no cd crack to play without the CD

If I figure it out I'll let you know. Reloaded the game in 7, but have had issues as well. Might come down toe installing DX 9c, but I am not sure how that will affect 7 since it is using a higher version. So far I place a dll file the game was complaining about on the machine and was able to launch it. It's very slow on the machine though and in between scenes is so slow I am considering a rebuild to XP again.

There is an alternative way to hack away throught the MW2 singlepayer

reloaded DX, still no joy. Going to try the Steam launch options to override the DX version. Always a DX crash when doing an Alt+Tab.

Trainer crashes the game all the time also, wish this was an auto-updating trainer.
