For the record, we have had no contact (good or bad) from Blizzard to date. Obviously the people they are targeting are making/selling maphacks and other tools used to cheat in multiplayer games of SC2. Similar to WoW Glider, they have to load a part of the game separately in order to spoof the game and hack the multiplayer portions. Our trainers do nothing of the sort and are 100% legal. We expect no recourse from these latest developments and we applaud Blizzard for keeping their focus on people trying to ruin the multiplayer experience for others instead of on people like us who are merely trying to help people to better enjoy their single player games.

Going to use the trainer on Mutiplayer - Challenge with an extra account and report back, got all golds on an account before doing it. Keep in mind, though it's multiplayer, I'm playing against AI. I would never cheat against real people.

    Hi Chris
I e-mail Blizzard support to complain about this. here what I said.
Please forward this to the head of Blizzard.
I waited 2 years for Starcraft II to come out and buy. It wasn't bad enough that it can not run without been connected to you site but now your policing polices that it can not run with a third party cheater running in single-players mode. I decided that I had no choice but not to buy any more Blizzard games or any other band of games that does the same.

    This was there fist reply.

Thanks for sending us your comments regarding StarCraft II. Blizzard is lucky to have fans who take the time to contribute new game ideas and suggestions for improving our products. While we value the feedback and perspective our customers offer, we are restricted from accepting such propositions via email. I highly encourage you to log on to our StarCraft II Forums at us.battle.net/sc2/en/forum/.

This forum provides a valuable opportunity for Blizzard staff members to collect feedback from those who know our games best. While I cannot guarantee you will receive a response, I can assure you the Forum is regularly read and the suggestions posted there do make an impact on our game designs.

*Note: a valid StarCraft II account is needed to post on the forums.

In other words don't complain to management do it on their forum.
    I reply
No need to worry about the forums I will not be buying Starcraft II or any other Blizzard product.

    Lost customer

    Here was their reply
    Greetings,

Sorry to hear that. Hope you have a otherwise great week.

Yeah, gotta love their copy/paste responses. Like most companies, they don't even bother to read the e-mail, they just assume you're another happy fan.

I recently wiped/re-installed windows and my HD. I'll be re-installing SC2 shortly. I have absolutely NO interest in multi-player; meaning I will NEVER go online. I do, however, have an absurd addiction to using your trainers :-) So I will be cheating the whole way through the SP campaign. I will not use any other trainers but CH official trainers, I will not go online. If I get banned, I will certainly report back here. (I won't really care if I DO get reported, I'm done with blizzard products!)

For the most part, it appears that they're targetting maphacks that are being sold by their creators for profit.

"If you get a third party hack and intend to only use it for single player, and then go play a mutiplayer game with it still on, you're bound to get tagged."

    ---
This pretty much explained the reason why people are getting banned for using CH trainer. They had the trainer activated while they were playing multiplayer after single player (if they were playing single player before). As he said (obviously) that they are not banning people who intended to use 3rd party program for single player only.
