Skidrow did it once again ^^
Yeah, but it lost to TRiViUM. Only if TRiViUM wasn't P2P.
By it's definition, stealing something implies the removal of an object or more from their owners.
You can't steal something immaterial, as the object in question is not, at any point, removed from the owner's possession.
But debating this is futile, so I won't.
Anyway, thanks for the fast trainer release, as always.

Unfortunately by posting that you have effectively stepped into a debate :P
You know how long I have heard this definition defence? Too long.
Stealing is Stealing, yes it can be a physical item, but it can also be copyright, and no doubt you will say thats copyright infringement like the rest of the pro-warez users, you may aswell just join the bandwagon and say so.
Since people don't pay to play games, they have not bought the right to do so, so hence no money exchanged = not your property to be gained in the first place, ergo stealing.
Also the forum doesn't like warez talk anyway, which is why I am surprised a number of threads like this are popping up.
