Permanently banned for using the CH trainer in campaign and single player only.

But hey, ELUA does say they can ban you literally "... NO REASON".

The EULA mentions using cheats as a reason for banning that is true the thing I don't understand is why did they build in cheats then (and why aren't people who use them getting banned).

The EULA States U Can Not USe Anything THat Can Catch and modify There Code.

    And a trainer DOes this

True, but that isn't the only thing the EULA mentions.

"2.1 create or use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Service, any Game or any Game experience;"

This basically states that using any cheats that modify the game experience (which the built in cheat system does) is an act that is punishable by a banning.

So it can be argued that Blizzard by building in cheats is ( if not stimulating) provide users the means to break their EULA.

An analogy would be a car manufacturer building a car that can go 200 MPH, but by using the car you agree not to break the speed limit and if you do break it the manufacturer has the right to take the car back (without a refund).
