I haven't gotten a chance to play Starcraft 2 that much yet. Is there a way to play the Single Player Story mode and Skirmish mode offline? I have a wireless connection, so I can just disconnect my PC from the Internet whenever I want to. Can I get banned if I only play the game offline? Also, since I registered the game to my account, is there any way to remove my game's license key from my account (so I can sell the game to someone)? I don't want whoever buys it to have access to my Battle.net account. Any info on this stuff would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

As far as offline mode goes, there's Guest Mode. I'm not sure if that's the same thing, though. For your other questions, I don't know. Sorry.

I was neither banned/suspended and receive no email correspondence however upon checking my account i see my achievements have been deleted, all of them lol. Seriously banning ppl due to achievement hacking? Blizzard have made a mistake imo, if i was banned i would hate them for life and torrent their games out of spite.

UpDate From Blizzard.
"Blizzard Entertainment is not banning StarCraft II players just for using single-player cheats. There’s been some confusion in the last couple of days about the suspensions and bans meted out to players caught cheating in StarCraft II. It’s important to point out first, that many of the 3rd-party hacks and cheats developed for StarCraft II contain both single- and multiplayer functionality. In order to protect the integrity of multiplayer competition, we are actively detecting cheat programs used in multiplayer modes whether there are human opponents or not. That said, players who opt to use any type of 3rd party hacks do so at their own risk — there are already built-in cheat codes for StarCraft II single-player that can be used safely. Blizzard Entertainment has always taken cheating seriously and will continue to aggressively crackdown on players who cheat in our games."
In one thread and
We are not banning players for using single-player cheats.
The confusion all comes from an inaccurate statement that we think cheating in single player negatively affects achievements or some such. Not the case. I don't even know if the person who this story is based on actually got banned, but if they did, it's because they were using a hack inside a multiplayer game.
I would recommend that if you want to cheat in single player StarCraft II games, use the ones we put in there. A lot of the hacks out there work in both single and multi. If you get a third party hack and intend to only use it for single player, and then go play a mutiplayer game with it still on, you're bound to get tagged.

Apparently they didn't read the following official email from Blizzard support:
