All of them should be changed at once.
It took me a ****load of time to find out that the time is counted in milliseconds, but it was worth it.
I can't guarantee that it still works with today's update.
Also: don't freeze the time, because it bugs the game (weapons stop working).
Use that beautiful function your trainers have that every few seconds resets the counter to 0 or another number.

EDIT: just to be clear, this is not the core clock, only the levels one, but it should be easy for an experienced coder like Caliber to reverse and find the source writing on these memory addresses (thus locking also the specific challenges' timer).
