Warhammer 40K: Fire Warrior Message Board  

I can get the pre-game setup menu running, but the actual firewarrior.exe doesn't seem to want to run. After launching, I can see it running in the Task Manager for about two or three seconds, and then it closes. I don't get an error or anything.

At first it gave me a couple of errors about not having Managed DirectX components and .Net Framework 1.1, but after installing those I haven't had any other error messages.

launch the file named FWPCConfig.exe as it will give a window where you can launch the game and it works for me in windows 7.

Hey! Here is exactly how to get the firewarrior game to work on Windows 8 and probably 7, not sure about later OS's though.

Hey guys , i played this game years ago on ps2 and only just bought it for pc and installed fine but in the first level second phase i guess you'd call it after you enter the bunker the game always crashes without fail just before the second door and i have no idea why and cant really turn up an answer anywhere

all good , was running the game in 1920x1080 crashing at the door and changed it to one setting above 800x600 and somehow it worked and let me through
