I started on the XBox up to lvl 37 and just tried the PC version which looks much better and smoother and the most importand thing, much less loading times. I didn't want to lvl up again and portet my PP and Money with TSearch. Its very easy to find the PP and money. PP has 2 adresses. Simply set both to desired value. One is PP for the actual playtrough and one for the global char level. Ok... I increased the value for the money by a few Millions to buy the Key for the Porsche an Humvee. :-)

Don't know if its something for every one. If it was 60 I'd say try it first, but I think everyone can get $40 worth of enjoyment out of it

I have a few complaints. I hate that this guy jogs at like 2mph around everywhere, but when he pushes like a wheelchair he is going like 20mph! I mean what the hell, it feels sluggish and slow.
Plus I can't find any good weapons..haven't played that long yet so.

Well actually you can increase ur char speed by leveling up, every level gives either: increase dmg, increase life, increase speed, skills move, combo cars, etc... you can buy "good" weapons at the pawn shop but they`re quite expensive, so is better to find them and combine them, so dont worry about going too slow
