I was trying to play mafia ii with the trainer, and when i get out the street disappear and i fall LOL... Whats that?

that's pretty messed up, i've had some problems with the trainer where there's wierd shading on characters in cutscenes and the sceen goes almost completely back when trying to zoom in while aiming, but nothing like that, did you try alt tabbing out of the game and going back in, that sometimes helps or quiting to the main menu and restarting.

re install your DLC
