perhaps you could try to set the code to a different key. i am just makin sure: did u start a new game? did u set to read-only? and i am sure tht 0 nd 1 already hav a purpose in game unless u hav switched those.

Yes I have done all that.It just dosent work..

Where do you find that folder? I need to find that file config.cfg?

Find your COD MW2 right click.. Open File location.
Open Steam Apps
open Common
open call of duty modern warfare 2
open players
Right click Config open Properties. UNLICK read only. click apply.
Where you see in your config this: bind MOUSE3 "+frag"
add these in your config..
bind 9 "god"
bind 8 "toggle timescale 0.1 0.3 0.5 0.7 1 1.5 2 2.5 5 10"
bind 7 "give ammo"
bind 6 "noclip"
bind 0 "toggle jump_height 0 39 50 100 200 500 1000"
bind + "toggle player_sustainAmmo 1 0"
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NO KEYS BOUND TO THEM I HAVE USED.
at botom of your Config where it says:

con_hidechannel *; con_showchannel dontfilter error gamenotify

ABOVE THAT ADD THIS LINE
seta thereisacow "1337"
now SAVE IT!!
Right click Config Properties Click READ ONLY SAVE IT!

Job Done
play your game and Enjoy!

Gotta love Slow mo mode.. espesh on Spec ops its so awsome killing 5 baddies with 1bullet from 50cal sniper
