Not necessarily. There's a wide variety of possible scenarios that would ultimately kill us all. Nuclear War is just one of many, which would only result from a pretty big war. I doubt we're going to be throwing nukes at each other anytime soon, so Cyborgs could easily be the first thing to kill us.
