Well for me I have about 27-29 of them. I'm not home right now so I can't check to give you an accurate number. But the ones I do have are for things like completeing missions. The one I have that wsa the most difficult to get was the professional acheivement for the Enemy Of The Stae chapter.

according to my steam file i have 20/57 or 35%, still got a ways to go yet.

just got the professional achievment, make 21/57 now or 37%, still not a lot, but i'm getting there, also discovered that when you get the professional achievment you get $100 for each thing of gas stamps sold instead of just $35.

totally, but after pulling off the theft of the gas stamps perfectly, i screwed it up when i was selling them to various gas stations when i was running low on gas in sand island after heading north up through kingston and the area, i went to buy gas, forgetting the freeze mission timer cheat was still on and it crashed the game.

Just got the hard to kill achievment, after rescueing Joe's girl, i went on a rampage, killing people and blowing up cars till i got a 4 star wanted level and the use of automatic weapons was authorized, then i kept killing cops till i found one with an M1 machine gun.
