There isn't any new DLC, I just checked..

I think what he was saying is that, the DLC that was released at that time may not work with the trainer or some such like that..

But no, there is no "New" DLC

Just resubbed, and I am getting an error about the trainer no longer being valid.

Downloaded again, and I am still getting the error message.

EDIT: I have even redownloaded the offline key, to no avail. It this trainer no longer supported?

Something on your end is blocking the trainer from authenticating. Most likely AV, firewall or other security software or not right clicking run as admin on trainer. This trainer is over 8 years old but we've no other complaints about it.
