McAfee offers 3 different ways to submit files: Using their ServicePortal (you need a Grant Number), downloading a file called getsup.exe or via email to [email protected] in a password protected zip archive (current pw: infected).

SPECIAL NOTICE: Some of our trainers may generate an unhandled exception code 0XC when run. This issue may only be solved by completely uninstalling McAfee or contacting McAfee support and asking for a solution.
