When Ben Urich goes to the morgue, he meets Jack Kirby, played by Kevin Smith. Jack Kirby was the original Daredevil artist.
The man on trial in the court scence is called Mr. Quesada. This is in reference to Joe Quesada who is Editor in Chief at Marvel Comics.
Stan Lee Gets a Cameo
If you look when young Matt is crossing the street, near the beginning of the movie, he holds his cane up to stop a man who is reading a newspaper and about to walk into traffic. For a short second, the man takes down his newspaper and reveals himself to be Stan Lee (creator of Daredevil).
