Incorrect Courthouse
Brandon was arrested on the outstanding warrant at the traffic court in Falls City, Nebraska. The inscription on the outside of the building reads "Hunt County Court House". Falls City is in Richardson County. In fact, there's no Hunt County in Nebraska. The scene actually was filmed at the real Hunt County courthouse in Greenville, Texas.
Missing Objects
About half way through the movie, when Brandan goes to see his/her girlfriend, she is sitting on the couch and there is a jacket, walkman, and pictures lying there. We next see Brandan standing, getting ready to pack his backpack. The next scene he reaches down and the only thing there are the pictures, which his girlfriend picks up and they start talking about them.
Incredible Alternating Cigarette
While Brandon is sitting on the couch about to be confronted by the rednecks he/she has a cigarette behind his/her ear. As the scene cuts back and forth, the cigarette moves from ear to ear.
