Vanishing Wound
Landon gets hurt from the accident in the beginning where he has a cut on his forehead with a bandage. You can see this when he is at school doing the janitorial work. When he takes Belinda home in his car, he has no cut or bruise on his forehead, but the next scene is him at the school for the handicapped, and he has it again.
Missing Paper
In the part where Jamie and Landon are in the cemetary after he named a star after her, Jamie looks at the big paper and when they go to sit down it just vanishes! They point it out in the commentary of the movie.
