Unlock boxers:
Enter the codes a a gym name in championship mode.

Alternate costumes:
At the character selection screen, press Square + Circle.
Unlock Damien Black:
At the character selection screen, press L1 + R2 + Square + Circle
Training ring in Arcade Mode:
Hold L1 + R1 While selecting your character to send you and your opponent to an empty gym. No crowd or announcer, but they must have forgotten to remove cornermen, so just switch them of through the options if you want. Good for grudge matches.
