When you complete the indicated task the corresponding levels will become available.
To unlock...

Levels 11-20
Complete any map with Difficulty Level of 10
Levels 21-30
Complete any map with Difficulty Level of 20
Levels 31-40
Complete any map with Difficulty Level of 30
Levels 41-50
Complete any map with Difficulty Level of 40
Levels 51-60
Complete any map with Difficulty Level of 50
Useful Tower Numbers
Once you've finished any map in "Survival Mode" a new game mode will be unlocked where you can randomly alter the attributes of your towers. Below are some useful numbers:
