Max your reciever's speed and acceleration:
During the position change stage of the dynasty offseason, move your reciever to tightend. Temporarily leave the stage by pressing B and accept the changes you made. Reenter the stage and move him back to reciever. His speed and acceleration maybe over 100, but it will be trimmed to 99 in the training results stage. If you do more than one reciever, some may stay over 100 until the next offseason, but their game speed will not reflect the 100+ stats.
