Wrist Holes Appear Too Soon
Right before Patricia Arquette's first "attack", she is laying in
a bath tub and is startled by a dove appearing from nowhere. As the bird flies off it drops a feather that lands in the tub water right in front of Patricia. When she reaches down to pick it up you can see the holes in her wrists even though they haven't been inflicted yet.

In the scene where Patricia Arquette has an episode in her apartment and all of the stuff in the room starts to fly around, if you look closely, you can see a set of wires pulling the bed around.
