So the issue I started having is, whenever the trainer is active, even before i turn any of the cheats on if the game goes to a loading screen or if i enter a sea persons hut the game freezes and i have to end the process.

I just downloaded the game and tried entering a sea persons hut, with trainer on without any options on. It worked fine for me so I suggest you verify/reinstall your game and make sure you are running Aurora as admin.
