There are only three factions: Soviet, Allies, and Empire Of The Rising Sun; there are no sub-factions like in the Red Alert 2 like: France-Cuba.... You can also choose to watch the computer play like: the game includes Soviets-Allies; you can make the computer play with both and you can watch. Storyline: the Soviets were going to be destroyed by the Allies, when general Cherdenko tells the Premier Krukov that he has been put in charge for a secret project: a time machine. They travel in time and kill Einstein, the person who brought the Allies their power. When they return to the future, they find that the Allies are so weak and the Soviets control most of the Allies territories, and that Cherdenko has become the Premier and Krukov has become a general, but they find out that they have a new strong enemy: Empire Of The Rising Sun. ====================== II.Structures & Units & Protocols (RA2) ====================== Structures are needed for every RTS game, they also allow you to build more units, upgrades and build Superweapons that will help you. Units are more important; with them you can destroy the enemy and win the battle. Structures in C&C are two parts: -Production Structures. -Support Structures. Production Structures allow you to build units, upgrades.... Supprot Structures allow you to build base defenses, store gold.... Units in C&C are four types: -Infantry. -Vehicles. -Navy. -Aircrafts. Empire Of The Rising Sun doesn't have Aircrafts.
