CHECK THE GUIDE FOR EXAMPLES > BE IN-DEPTH WITH THE INFO AND DESCRIPTIVE AS POSSIBLE > MAKE SURE ITS READABLE AND NO KIDDY SLANG(lIeK tHiS) If the requirements aren't met, then I most likely won't post it in my FAQ. To repeat what All Zeros mean since some of you don't know what it means or else you wouldn't repeatedly send me the same level tactic over and over... All Zeros are the Zeros at the Statistic screen after the level is completed. If they're not zeros, it means its not all zeros, due to 1 shot or 1 enemies kill... etc. Please put it in the same format as this FAQ and be very descriptive/in-depth as I am so you're tactic can benefit more people and it saves me time instead of having to re-format it myself. The whole game starts out as Agent 47(the Hitman), is seriously injured from a current hit. Barely managing to escape and heading back to his Hotel Room, he collapses on the floor, dropping his gun, and holding his bullet wound. From this point on, he starts hallucinating, and replays his past Contract Hits. This is where you take over. In this game, you'll relive some of Hitman: Codename 47(first Hitman Release), and some of his past hits that were never played before. You'll experience more stealth kills, more stealth animations, a smarter AI, more ways to plan hits, more open ended stealth tactics, and much more that wasn't in the past Hitman games. Unlike Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, this game is more of a prequel to Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, which kind of explains a few things. Although this game seems short, the levels are very vast and huge, giving you more time to wait for the next Hitman game thats coming out soon. Since I wanted to make a FAQ/Walkthrough and a Silent Assassin Guide, It didn't seem to possible since I like mixing in Silent Assassin type strategies, so this guide will operate the same way as a regular FAQ/Walkthrough. For now, this guide is made ONLY for the Normal Difficulty. As time progresses, I'll re-fix it to the Professional Difficulty or add a different section with Professional Difficulty tactics. Now, enough of my chattering.... Enjoy the walkthrough. ==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--== <>--<> 2) Basics Section <>--<> ==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--== ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <***> Controls <***> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The controls for this game is almost exact as Hitman 2. There are a few differences, but not very complicated to learn. If you haven't played a Hitman game on a PS2 Console before, don't worry about it, since the controls only take a while to learn. There is also a Training Mode that allows you to learn the controls a bit better. If you want, you can switch control sets from Left Handed or Right Handed. I'll list the default controls for this game. Left Analog Stick = Run/Walk/Sidestep (slantly press it to walk) Right Analog Stick = Move Camera Angles/Turning while moving Square Button = Holster/Unholster last item/weapon equipped Circle Button = Drop Item/Weapon Triangle Button = Inventory Menu/Exit Sniper Mode X Button = Commit selected action Left D-Button = Lean Left Right D- Button = Lean Right Top D- Button = Zoom In/Scroll Up Down D- Button = Zoom Out/Scroll Down Left Trigger 1 = Enable Map Left Trigger 2 = Crouch/Sneak (Move Analog to Sneak/Slant) (Analog to Crouch ) Right Trigger 1 = Fire Gun/Use Close Combat Weapon Right Trigger 2 = Reload Start Button = Pause Game/Access Menu Select Button = Opens Mission Briefing Hold L3 Analog = Precise Aiming Hold R3 Analog = Toggle 1st and 3rd Person View ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <***> Game Screen Info <***> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In this section, I'll describe what the screen looks like and what each and little thing does that appears on your basic screen. __________________________________________________________________ | _________________________________________ | | | | 5. | | |_________________________________________| | | | | | | | | | | () 4. | | | | | | 1. 7. | | _____ 6. ___ | | | *| | __________________________ ________|---| | | |**|--| 2. | | | |---| | | |**| | |----\_____________________| 3. | |___| | | ----- |__________________________| |________|___| | |__________________________________________________________________| **--**--**--**--**--**\ | 1. Health Bar \ **--**--**--**--**--**--\ It shows your current health status. Every time you get shot at or slashed at, your health will decrease. After your health has dropped 25%, it'll change red, indicating that you're almost dead. Remember that damage is based on which body part was shot. If you were shot in the arm, you wouldn't sustain that much damage, but if you were shot in the head, chances are, you'll die a lot quicker. **--**--**--**--**--**\ | 2. Threat Meter \ **--**--**--**--**--**--\ Right next to the health bar, will display a Threat/Suspicion Meter. Just like Hitman 2, if you approach a guard or civilian, depending on what you're wearing and persons you approach, the meter will flash in a black color, indicating that you've caught their attention and have become a bit suspicious. If you poke around too much, or stay around a guard in a disguise too long, it'll flash red, indicating that the persons is getting more suspicious of you. When this happens, quickly run away from that persons so it turns black again. If it turns too red and flashes very quickly, there is a high chance that they'll discover you and your cover will be blown. Just remember, that each disguise differs with the Threat Meter. Example: If you wear a certain disguise and wander near a guard, the suspicion meter might not flash. If you wear a certan disguise and wander near a guard, the suspicion meter will flash, but not enough to be at Red unless you stayed around and bother the person. If you wear a certain disguise and wander near a guard, the suspicion meter might flash all the way to Red, and nearly blow your cover. **--**--**--**--**--**\ | 3. Action Bar \ **--**--**--**--**--**--\ This bar is located on the bottom of the screen. When you approach a certain object, some choices might appear. If only one choice appears, press X to activate the action. If there are multiple choices, hold X button and scroll through the choices and release X button when you have selected your choice. **--**--**--**--**--**\ | 4. Crosshairs \ **--**--**--**--**--**--\ Basically, it indicates where the bullets will be fired at. When it turns Red, that means its right on the target. You can hold L3 to slow it down for precise aiming. Remember, its not always accurate, due to certain guns. Guns like a certain Shotguns, have Spreaded Buckshots, which aren't always as accurate as they seem. **--**--**--**--**--**\ | 5. Info Bar \ **--**--**--**--**--**--\ This is located at the top section of the screen. Usually, this tells/warns you about stuff thats happening or just gives you some hints to help you out. This is where you'll find most alerts if you've been caught or if guards are looking for a suspicious someone. **--**--**--**--**--**\ | 6. Weapon Bar \ **--**--**--**--**--**--\ This is located on the bottom right corner of the screen. This tells you what weapon is equipped in your hand. **--**--**--**--**--**\ | 7. Ammo Bar \ **--**--**--**--**--**--\ This is located by the Weapon bar. It tells you how much ammo you have and how much ammo you have left in a clip. Use this bar to take advantage in a fire fight. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <***> Techniques <***> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In this game, you have to master some certain techniques in order to complete this game with ease and silently, otherwise, you can just run and gun, and lose interest in the whole game. Also in this section, you'll find some newer Fibre Wire/Knife technique kills that weren't in the previous 2 Hitman games. <<----------------->> || Disguises || <<----------------->> In just about every level, you'll to use a disguise to get through silently and gain certain access to certain areas to throw off guards and anyone else that is in that area. To gain access to a disguise, knock out a target, approach the knocked/dead body, and select, "Change Clothes". Just note, that you can't take female clothing and certain male clothing. Note, that not all disguises come from a knocked out persons. You can always search certain rooms for a disguise. The less interaction you have with someone, just to get a disguise, the better it is for you. Remember, each disguise works differently in suspicion. The more blended you are with the disguise, matching other members that wear the same clothes, the better you can keep your cover. <<----------------->> || Dragging || <<----------------->> After taking a disguise/killing someone, be sure to drag the body if you're not sure if a person will walk by. Usually, dragging them into small areas help conceal the body. Just note, that dragging isn't always necessary, but it helps. <<----------------->> || Syringes || <<----------------->> Not really a technique, but I thought I would add it in this section anyways. Using a syringe, is like using chlorform in Hitman 2. It puts your target to sleep. This thing only works if you sneak behind a target and press R1. The sleep ETA when using this, is about 5-7 Minutes. <<----------------->> || Sneaking || <<----------------->> When obtaining Silent Assassin Ratings, sneaking is a must. It allows you to creep behind people, sneak past people, and allows you to gain cover when you're moving within walls. The difference between sneaking and crouch moving, is that 47 will move while bending his knees while sneaking, while in crouch movement, he slides his feet while moving at a low point. Plus, when creeping behind, if you were to crouch(while moving), that person might hear the movement. <<----------------->> || Crouching || <<----------------->> This is a useful technique when you want to past guards through a low wall. Slantly press the analog stick to crouch, while holding the L2 Button. Remember, that this technique isn't useful for sneaking behind targets to do a stealth kill since the persons you sneak behind, can hear you. <<----------------->> || Stealth Kills || <<----------------->> In Hitman: Contracts, you can complete so many newer stealth kills. Some are more creative than the past previous Hitman games and now, have newer stealth animations. To preform a basic stealth kill, take out a Fibre Wire or a Knife, sneak behind a target's back, and press the R1 trigger to see the basic animation kill. Here is a list of all the other Fibre Wire/Knife kill commands/animations. To even preform some of the animations, be sure to hold the Analog stick first in a certain direction before hitting the R1 trigger. Fibre Wire Commands/Animations -------------------------------- Basic Wiring = Sneak Mode+R1 or Standing+R1 Stalk and Pounce Wiring = Sneak+L3+R1 Spinning and Frontal Choke = Sneak+Up+R1 Fast Wire Kill = Sneak+Right+R1 Backwards Wire Pull = Sneak+Down+R1 Close up wiring/Neck Snap = Sneak+Left+R1 After some playing, I found out a bit more about the Fibre Wire animations. It seems that they also trigger in certain order/situations. An example would be, If I kill one guard with one animation, it would shift into newer animations and repeating animations each kill with the wire. Wire Kill #1 = Basic Wiring Wire Kill #2 = Backwards Wire Pull Wire Kill #3 = Spinning Frontal Choke Wire Kill #4 = Close Up Wire/Neck Snap Wire Kill #5 = Fast Wire Kill No Order. Triggered when victim is in a different height than 47, I.E. sitting targets or targets walking up/down stairs. Knife Commands/Animations ------------------------------ Basic Cut throat = Sneak Mode+R1 or Standing+R1 Knife Slam Through Ear = Sneak Mode+Up+R1 Multiple Back Stabs = Sneak Mode+Left+R1 Meat Cleaver Commands/Animations ---------------------------------- Pouncing Back Stabs = Sneak Mode+R1 Meat Hook Commands/Animations -------------------------------- Backwards Hook Pull = Sneak Mode+R1 Pool Cue Commands/Animations ------------------------------ Pool Cue Backstab = Sneak Mode+R1 Chinese Sword Commands/Animations ------------------------------------- Back and Out Stab = Sneak Mode+R1 Fire Poker Commands/Animations ---------------------------------- Back Poke And Out Stab = Sneak Mode+R1 Just take note that these are the commands for stationary targets. If they move, it might have a different effect. Just make sure that the analog is held first before pressing R1 trigger. Besides using a close combat weapon for stealth kills, you can improvise with other tactics, such as poisoning, suffocation, drowning, and much more. <<----------------->> || Pistol Whip || <<----------------->> Unlike the past Hitman games, the pistol whipping in this game is more effective. This time, you can use this tactic as an alternate device to knock someone out for a use. Although they don't sleep long, it is still a very effective way to knock someone out if you're out of syringes. Sleep ETA varies around 30 seconds to a minute, maybe a bit more. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <***> Silent Assassin Hints/Tips <***> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In this section, I'll provide some hints and tips for those who want to obtain the Silent Assassin Rating themselves, or to anyone who needs help without a use of a guide. Number 1: Use the Map In Normal and Expert Difficulty, you'll have total access to a map that displays guard patrols and other civilians that are around. There is a Legend in the Map screen that helps. In Professional Difficulty, the only thing you can see on the Map, is the Target dot. Number 2: Use the Keyholes This is a tip probably for the Professional Difficulty players. Using the Keyhole gives you better advantage if you know the guards patrols. Number 3: Sound is Important In some levels, you can take advantage of the sound of the game's environment, and use it to your advantage to make certain kills. Number 4: Plan Your Hits Use the Map to help you on this. Basically, plan each step each time. Don't be afraid of losing a mission. If you fail, try it again, and learn from the mistake. With failing, always comes success. Just keep planning other tactics each time, come up with ideas and test them out. If you can progress, even just a tiny bit, you know you're actually getting some where. Number 5: Point of Interests Point of Interests are the (!) on the Map. Those are the best places to check out, to look for certain things that help you through the mission. Remember, some rooms without a Point of Interest have certain items to help you out, so don't feel down if none of the Point of Interests have anything you needed. Number 6: Explore If you manage to plan out on a getting a disguise, you might want to take some time, and explore the whole level visually, instead of a Map. Doing this allows you to plan better and preform the hits better. Number 7: Walk, Don't Run Unlike Hitman 2, you're free to run in a disguise without getting caught. But remember, a part of this game still works like Hitman 2. If you run to much, or if you're running in a certain disguise, your cover can be blown and ruin you. Plus running around isn't always the best thing to do if you want to escape from certain missions. Also, take note that running leads to rushing. With Rushing, can lead to bumping into guards. In most guard's disguises, if you were to bump into another guard with the same disguises, your cover can be blown to bits. So don't freak out because the Threat meter wasn't up, but your cover was blown. Number 8: Use the Talk Feature In some levels, you can talk to certain people when you approach them. If the "Talk" action is available, use it and collect information. When talking to most people in this game, the info they give really helps you out in planning a hit(s). Number 9: Directing Attention/Luring In some disguises, you can run around a person, and not cast any suspicion. With this, the person you're running around, might turn the other way, or if its a certain target, might follow you. With directing attention, you can make sure that they're facing away so you can complete a certain task, or use luring to make sure you can complete a certain task. Luring is best used on Target that are by each other, and Directing attention is best used around stationary persons. Running in a certain direction can direct a target's attention. Number 10: The Less Interaction, the Better Though you can use the syringe to incapacitate a person for a disguise, its best to hunt for one instead. The reasons why, is because when you knock someone out, they're bound to wake up. When they do, usually, they'll alert other guards. Sooner or later, they might be looking for you. If you're around guards while the message "Looking for a Suspicious Someone", they might blow your cover if you're wearing that persons disguise. After a while, that message may become useless, but just beware of it. Note, if that message ever appears, remember that it is NOT an alert, but just a warning. Number 11: Keep your Distance While traversing through the game, try to keep your distance if you're in a disguise. The closer you are to a guard in a certain disguise, the more suspicious they become. Number 12: Blend In While wearing some disguises, make sure you blend in a bit. Though its best not to equip a certain un-concealable weapon, its sometimes best to equip an un-concealable weapon. Just look around the area and look at what weapon the guard's are equipping. If they're equipping AK-47's, its best for you to equip an AK to blend in, and better match the disguise. With this, it decreases the chance of your Threat Meter to flash. If you equip a weapon that doesn't match the guard's disguise on a certain floor, or match what weapon a certain disguise can wear, your cover can be blown just as well. Remember, this isn't Hitman 2 anymore, where you can just equip any weapon you want, and a guard won't care. Number 13: Patience is the Key for Silent Assassin Ratings If you don't have this type of patience, its best that you don't buy this game or even rent it, because there is no enjoyment in running through with a big ass Rifle and blitzing through a level in 2 Minutes. Keep watch on the Map and guard patrols. Be patient and strike when you're sure. Number 14: Save if When You Can Saving is very important in this game. Save when you're about to do something critical, or if you're far enough into the level. If you mess up, you can always re-load the save and try again. Number 15: Exploit the Civilians Using Pistol whips on civilians are very effective since they usually go down in one whip. Another use for this, is when you knock them down, they usually snitch to the nearest guards or any other guards near by that they can find. With this, you can use this to distract guards. Just make sure that when you pistol whip a civilian, after they snitch, the guards will usually look for the last person that whipped the civilian unless you took the civlian's clothes and seperated the civilian. With this, you'll trigger guards looking for that disguise you took. Use this to exploit certain things to gain advantage. ==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--== <>--<> 3) Silent Assassin Walkthrough <>--<> ==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--== Finally, with the Walkthrough. Just note that this guide will cover All Zero Stats for Silent Assassin, meaning there will be no shooting/no killing ayone but the target(s). The only items you'll ever need, are: Fibre Wire (Knife if given) Syringe Handgun (For Pistol Whipping) Remember, if you want to contribute a Silent Assassin tactic, be sure that its an ALL ZERO TACTIC. If it isn't, your contribution won't be accepted. Also, make sure that its in the same format as this guides, and be sure that your tactic is VERY in-depth, descriptive, and has been tested out a few times so that it works. Also take note, that it doesn't always have to be All Zeros for a Silent Assassin rating, but you won't get the Bonus Weapon if it has some aggression also. (For Bonus Weapons, Check Silent Assassin Bonuses Section). Aggression is based on Harming, Kills, Shots, and Headshots Stealth is based on Alerts and Close Encounters Since there are some certain confusions with Alerts, here are all the alerts that affect your overall stat ratings: "Guards are Alerted" - Alert "Guards found Dead/Unconscious Body" - Alert Here are all the messages/things that give close encounters: "Your Cover Is Blown" - Close Encounter Here are all the messages that DON'T affect your stats, thus is all zeros: "Guards are Now Looking for a Suspicious Someone" "Sniper has Acquired Target" Know these messages so you don't get confused. Saving has nothing to do with obtaining this rating either, so save all you want. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ DIFFICULTY NOTE: For now, most of the strategies you'll find, we'll be for the Normal Difficulty. I'll update more in the future when I get finished with the Professional Difficulty. For now, I only have 3 level added for the Professional Difficulty (First level). Expect more in the future. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This should be it for now... Enjoy the Walkthrough. ____________________________________________________________________________ \ \ / / \Contract Level 0: \ Training Area- Sneak Training /Contract Level 0: / \___________________\________________________________/___________________/ Mission Summary: For beginners of the Hitman series, or newbs at this Hitman game, come here to brush up on some of the basic sneaking skills. Mission Objectives: ---> Complete Sneaking Training Course ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NOTE: This course does not have to be played or completed in anyway. Its just here for you to practice on your silent tactic skills, or any other techniques that you want to preform. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ When you first begin at the Training Area, head to the door thats on the right side of the area. When you approach the door, it should say: "Sneak Training". If so, enter the door to begin. First off, you'll notice, if you check on the Map, that there will be some guards that are watching the doors. Just ignore them and run down the end of the hallway. On your right side, there will be a door thats not being watched. Approach it and pick the lock. Afterwards, enter to the next room. Hold L2 to sneak, and sneak across the room, toward the guard that has his back turned. When you get behind him, use a Syringe on him, and take his disguise. Next, you'll want to head upstairs, and into the next room. Ahead of you, will be a balcony on the other side. Approach the edge on the balcony you're on and jump to the balcony that is on the other side. Head through to the next door, and downstairs. When you get downstairs, immediately, hold L2+slant analog stick to crouch, and crouch along the walls to avoid the guards from seeing you. If they see you once, you're cover will be blown. Once you've crouched all the way to the other side of the widow, stay on the wall, and turn left. Keep crouch moving until you get to the corner of this. This is when you quickly run the corner as fast as possible, but stay close to the wall. If you're quick and fast, you're almost guaranteed not to be seen. Afterwards, head out the main door, and to the 2nd double doors that are in the middle of the hallway. Once inside, continue heading to the double doors that are ahead of you. Once you get to those doors, a guard will stop to frisk you. He'll only take your weapons. Once you're in this room, there isn't much do here, except practice with the Nightvision goggles. To do that, on the west side of this room, resides a light switch. Turn it off. If you want, you can head into the compartment room that is in the middle of this area, but there isnt anything special there. If you want, you can go through the inside compartment and practice shooting out the glasses and stuff for the hell of it. From here on out, do what you want. ____________________________________________________________________________ \ \ / / \Contract Level 1: \ Asylum Aftermath /Contract Level 1: / \___________________\________________________________/___________________/ Mission Summary: In this level, you get to replay the escape of the mental institute where 47 made his last hit in the first Hitman game. Though barely managing evade and taking out the first team of SWAT, another team will come in after you. Think you can survive AND escape... Mission Objectives: ---> Escape from the Sanitarium [Part 1]- Getting out of the Basement When you first begin this mission, approach the dead body in front of you. Take his Car Keys, and head out of the door thats just ahead of you. If you've played the last level of "Hitman: Codename 47", the dead bodies should look familiar, and so should most of the level layout. Lots of mental patients around also, but just ingore them. If you check on your Map, you'll see a Point of Interest. Since there is only one Point of Interest, you can opt to go there and get 5 more syringes, otherwise, check the Map and follow along the Green Line that is placed. Nothing interesting in the basement on your first run, so exploring the Basement isn't all to great. Keep following the path until you get to the elevator. By then, a cutscene should of taken place. Once you're at the elevator, call it down, enter the elevator, and go up the 2nd Floor. Once you arrive at the 2nd Floor, turn left and you'll see a dead SWAT police. Take his outfit and SPAS 12, and go back to the elevator, and to the 1st Floor. [Part 2]- Escaping the Sanitarium From this point on, head to the Main Lobby room. Its not so hard to locate it on the Map, since its the room above the 4 SWAT Teams on the Map, but for directions, turn left and you'll see a door with an EXIT sign above it. Go through that door to get to the Main Lobby room. Once you're in the Main Lobby, ahead of you, should be another open doorway with an EXIT sign above it. Go through that doorway and you'll see 4 SWAT police guarding the exit. From here, you MUST WALK past them. Although there are 2 doors on the side, I would HIGHLY recommend you to walk straight toward the wall so that the Threat Meter goes down. Once it does, go to the door that is on your right when you turn back around and face the doorway you just came in. In this room, you'll be in a small lab with a Mental Patient. Go up the stairway, to the top floor. There might be a patrolling SWAT police up here. If you want, you can check your Map, or run back downstairs to avoid further suspscion. Wait for him to patrol to the door on the southwest side of the room, and follow him. Once you enter the next room on the southwest side, you'll see a glass door in front of you. Run to that door, and on your right, there will be a ladder going down. Descend the ladder, and fix your camera at the car. There is a SWAT police down there that patrols the car. Wait for him to patrol away from it, approach the car, and escape in it. Congrats on your first Silent Assassin Rating.... ^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^ PROFESSIONAL DIFFICULTY STRATEGY ^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^ Mission Objectives: ---> Escape from Sanitarium [Part 1]- Getting a Disguise In the Professional Difficulty, this level is a bit more frustrating than in Normal Difficulty since you'll have to be more patient. Overall, its still a bit easy once you get to know this level. Any how... When you begin, approach toward the dead body and take his Car Keys. If you check on your Map, you'll notice that its all blank. This is one of the features in the Professional Difficulty. Anyways, exit out of the only door in this big white room. Run across the room and enter the door ahead of you. In is a long hallway. If you were wondering (If you haven't played the first hitman), those dead bodies that look like you, are clones called 48. It seems that 47 killed them all and showed them who was superior... Anyways, run down this long hallway until you get to the door. Enter the door. In this room, it is known as the identification room. This room seems to be destroyed, but it has 2 doors. One is opened, and one is closed. Take note of the one thats closed. In the closed room, lies the Mini Gun. Of course, you can't obtain it now until Level 9. Turn left and go through the open doorway. Exit out of the Identification room. Run to the end of this hallway until you get to the only door leading out. You might notice a screaming voice. Thats the sound of a suicidal patient. Anyways, in this next room, run down to the end of the room, passing the tanks full of clones, and go through the door to the next room. In this hallway, immediately turn left. This is the door that leads you to the elevator. The other door leads inside a worthless room. Once you've enter the door, run down to the end of the hallway into the next hallway to continue on. The other doors lead inside rooms that don't anything. If you want, you can enter the door on your left for more syringes, but with this tactic, you won't need any. In this next hallway, just turn left and open the door. Run down the next long hallway until you get to the end. Open the door to the next room. In here, this room doesn't seem important now, but wait until after Level 9. Down the stairway thats on your right, leads to a room full of tanks. Behind the door, resides a Dual Gold Desert Eagles. Remember this room after level 9. Continue on the only unlocked door in this room. In this hallway, lies many doors. Most of them are worthless. When you enter this room, turn left and run down the hallway. Instead of going through the double doors that are at the end, turn right when you get to the end of this hallway. You should see a double doorway. Enter it. In this room, you'll see some ammunition on the table. Since this is a SA rating, its worthless, so run around the table, through the grated door, and to the Elevator. Take it to the 2nd Floor. Once you're on the 2nd Floor, take one of the dead Mental Patient's disguise. Afterward, go back to the Elevator and head down to 1st Floor. [Part 2]- Escaping the Asylum Once you're on the 1st Floor, turn left and you'll see a door with an EXIT sign above it. Go through that door to get to the Main Lobby room. Once you're in the Main Lobby, ahead of you, should be another open doorway with an EXIT sign above it. Go through that doorway and you'll see 4 SWAT police guarding the exit. If you are wearing a SWAT uniform, they'll see through it very quickly, so you HAVE to be a Mental Patient in order to escape in the Professional Difficulty. Walk past the SWAT team and turn left, through the door, and into the Lab. You should see a Mental Patient in here. Upstairs, will be a SWAT guard patrolling around. Wait for him to come downstairs, and into the Lab. When he goes back upstairs, wait a brief 5-7 seconds and follow him up. When you're on the top floor, turn south and you'll see a door on the south west corner of the room. Head to the left side of the doorway. The SWAT guard has entered the next room, so wait for him to walk out. When he does, the door should open up on you. Wait for him to past, and walk inside the room he was in. If you hear any gunshots, JUST IGNORE THEM. They're there to distract you, but those shots are happening in the Lab. Anyways, once you're in this room, head into the Glass door. Now you should be on the top balcony. Crouch down and fix your camera towards the car. Wait for the patrolling SWAT guard to stop at the right side of the car (when the SWAT guard is nearest you). Climb down the stairs about 3/4 the way and wait for him to start patrolling to the right front corner of the car. Afterwards, climb the rest of the way down and sneak toward the door of the car. Congrats on the Silent Assassin Rating.... *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- Mini Gun Escape Tactic: Check Weapons section for Mini Gun Location. [Part 1]- Getting Mini Gun Near Exit Once you're on the 2nd Floor of the Sanitarium, obtain a SWAT Uniform thats on the left side of the elevator. I also suggest obtaining a Stun Gun that's laying on the floor. On the Normal Difficulty, you will want to use the Map to view the Sweeper SWAT guard's locations and where they're sweeping. On Professional Difficulty, you'll have to be a Patient and follow the SWAT guards to know where they're going. Once you know there patrol, head back to your dropped Mini Gun. Anyways, once the SWAT guards are near by, drop the Mini Gun since if they see you with it, you'll be shot and your cover will be blown. The area you want to head to, is the lower left corner of the Map(the stairs). Once the coast is clear and you know that the SWAT will be a while with there patrol, head down to that corner and head up the stairs. You should be at the Balcony. Change the camera and look down at the car below. Drop the Mini Gun by that car, which is also your exit. [Part 2]- Escape With Mini Gun After dropping your Mini Gun, head down to the first floor and to the main lobby. In Professional Difficulty, make sure you're wearing the Patient's disguise or else you'll be caught. Anyways, head to the Lab(the door on your left) and head up the stairs. If you're a Patient, wait for the guard to patrol downstairs to the lab. When he goes back upstairs, follow him and take out your Stun Gun. If you're NOT A SWAT GUARD, I don't recommend using the Stun Gun on him. Anyways, after waiting or taking care of that guard, head through the glass door ahead of you. Go through and climb downstairs. Make sure you're a SWAT Guard when you climb down the ladder or else you'll have to be a LOT more patient with the SWAT guard below. If you want, you can pick up the Mini Gun and quickly walk to the car or take out your Stun Gun and wait for him to get to the right side of the car(closest to the ladder) and stun him. Take the Mini Gun and enter car. Congratulations for completing this long challenge. ____________________________________________________________________________ \ \ / / \Contract Level 2: \ The Meat King's Party /Contract Level 2: / \___________________\________________________________/___________________/ Mission Summary: Step inside into a world of total disturbance. Your target, was believed to be involved in some sort of kidnapping. After the trial, the main Target was released of all charges, due to a tiny loophole. After the Trial, he is now holding a celebration party. Now is the best time to kill the Target, Target's Lawyer, and hopefully, rescue the girl and pray that she is alive... Mission Objectives: ---> Assassinate "Meat King" Campbell Sturrock ---> Assassinate Lawyer Andrei Puscus ---> Rescue the Client's Daugher ---> Escape the Compound [Part 1]- Getting inside of the Party When you begin this mission, you'll have a prepped up body, and ready to go. Just take notice that he is knocked cold and not dead. He'll eventually wake up in about a few minutes or so. First off, take his disguise, and dump all your guns. Head out of the truck, and check the side of it. You'll see a blinking red light. Press it to close the Truck Doors. Now the guy can't alert nobody. Continue around the path until you see the front door. Approach the guard and he'll stop you. This is the part where you get frisked for weapons. If you dumped out all the guns, then you'll be let in, otherwise, get ready to restart the mission, since he'll open fire on you if he finds a gun on you. Anyways, after the firsk, enter the doorway, and inside the factory/party. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ HALLWAY NOTES: Hopefully, you're reading this, since this note will tell you how I'm gonna help you navigate through this party. When you enter the very first room, you'll see a lettered sign by the guard on the upper left corner. It'll say A on it. Each of these hallways are marked with letters, and some rooms are duplicated with the same letter. The room you first room you enter inside the factory, is hallway A1. There are a total of 2 duplicated lettered hallways. I'll guide you through them, since we're passing them anyways. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The first room you're in, is Hallway A1. Head straight through the door, and into the next hallway to be at Hallway A2. Run halfway into this hallway, and head into the double doors on your right. In here, is B1. More like a little section than a hallway since it has a garbage can thats used as a sex platform. Turn right when you enter B1 and you'll see the door that leads to Hallway B2. Continue forward, passing B2, and enter Hallway C1. Just note that we're taking a slight detour, but for the last hallway, up ahead, is Hallway C2. Now you should know all the Hallways. In Hallway C1, enter the double doors on your left, and you should be in the Kitchen. If you came in here fast enough, a chicken will be there and the Chef will tell you to take it to Sturrock. Take out your Meat Hook, approach the Chicken, and select the action, "Place Meat Hook". This will allow you to hide the Meat Hook for your next hit. For now, drop the chicken in another hallway and head back to Hallway A2. Dropping it in another hallway, allows you to retrieve the chicken later without the Chef taking it to Sturrock himself. [Part 2]- Find the Kidnapped Daughter Anyways, once you're at Hallway A2, you'll see some stairs in front of you. Go up the stairway, and turn south. Head to the door that is on your right, and check the Map. You should be able to see a guard on North Side of the 2nd Floor on the Map. He usually is around the only Point of Interest, and heads to the room on the southwest side. By then, he should be heading down there, or be there by now. When he is, head to the Point of Interest to complete the Third Objective. Make sure that the "Guard" isn't in this room when you go to the Point of Interest. If he is, or if he saw you, he won't pull an alarm, but will chase after you with a cleaver. Put him to sleep and drag him out of the Point of Interest room to complete the objective. Otherwise, wait for him to head to the southwest room, and complete the objective. [Part 3]- Kill the Fat Meat King Go back to the Hallway you dropped your chicken, and pick it back up. Head past Hallway C2 to access the main room. Continue heading straight through the doorway, and turn east along the path. Continue through this hallway, passing the sexual activity, and turn right again when you reach the end of the hallway. Go up the tiny stairs, heading North up the path. Once you've ascended the tiny little stairs, on your right, another big stairway going up. Before going up, I would ADVISE YOU, to make sure you have NO WEAPONS in your inventory, EXCEPT, Syringes and Fibre Wire. Anything else, will result in a blown cover. When you're ready, go up the stairs, and go through the frisk. If you get caught with a Meat Hook, be sure next time not to press X when you approach that guard. =) When you pass the frisk, head east for quicker access to the Meat King. Go through the double doors, and on your left, the door to the Meat King's lair. He is accompanied by 2 females. If you talked with the Bartender as a civilian, he'll mention that Sturrock only eats alone, which gives you enough information to kill. On the left side, you'll see a blinking light in front of Sturrock's doorway. Turn it off to disable the curtains. Wait for the ladies to leave the room completely and approach fatty. Retrieve the Meat Hook, and give him a taste of vengance. Afterwards, leave back the way you came, and to the Main room. [Part 3B]- Alternate Meat King Kill (Thanks to KJK150) You can do this with the Opium Waiter's disguise. Empty your pockets of every weapon excluding Syringe and Fibre Wire. Go into the Meat King's room and shut the curtains. Continue north of the room and enter into the next room. For reference, It should be on the Northeast corner of the Map on 2nd Floor. If the guard is standing there, wait for him to go to the balcony area. Grab the Meat Cleaver that is sitting on the table and holster it. Go back into the Meat King's room and feed the girls the pipe. Wait for them both to pass out and kill the Meat King. [Part 4]- The Lawyer's Turn Once you're in the Main room, approach the Bartender's counter and take an Opium Pipe. Its a Point of Interest on the most southern side of the Map. Head back to Hallway B1 and enter the door thats on your right. It should lead into a locker room. Go to the end of the locker room to find the Opium Waiter's disguise. Its another Point of Interest on the Map. Head back to the Main room and take some cover. You want to see where the 2nd Opium Waiter is at, so you know he won't catch you. If he does see you, it doesn't matter too much, but letting him see you as an Opium Waiter raises more suspiscion, due to the fact that theres supposed to 1 Opium Waiter. Wait for a time to sneak inside the Lawyer's room. You might want to stake out the Opium Waiter also, just in case. Otherwise, into the Lawyer's room. Find the lawyer and give him the Opium Pipe. If the other Opium Waiter already has given him his Opium Pipe, just take out your hook and slash him twice. [Part 4B]- Alternate Lawyer Kill (Thanks to Bryan Martin for this tactic) (The Lawyer stashing was made by me) You can do this earlier if you can detect him walking to the bathrooms. To detect this, wait for the Lawyer to walk toward the hallways with a guard on the Map. If you're playing on Professional Difficulty, you can analyze this when you see the Lawyer heading north on the Map toward the hallways. Anyways, get to the bathroom before them and head into the 1st or 3rd Stall. Once you're in the stall, turn around and crouch on the right side of the stall so the the door will open up on you. When the guard does his bathroom check, the door will open up on you and the guard won't see you. When the guard is done searching through each stall, the Lawyer will enter a stall(usually stall #1 or #3) and do his business. Kill him and quickly drag the Lawyer's body to the first stall if its not in there. Wait for the guard to come inside to find the Lawyer. When the guard passes the first stall, open up the stall while dragging the Lawyer's dead carcass and drag him to the back of the Locker Room in the previous hallway. Make sure its behind the wall so that the Opium Waiter won't see it when he gets to the last set of lockers. [Part 5]- Escape the Party Quickly, sprint back to Hallway A2, make a turn on your right, and head straight from here. Eventually, it'll lead you outside. Go inside one of the placed exit trucks to finish the level. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ HANGING/HIDING BODY ON MEAT HOOK: Drag the target to the platform by the Hook Controls and stop the rail when an empty hook is in front of you. Get on the platform along with the dragged body. Make sure you're still dragging him and select hang on Meat Hook. If you want to hide the body, head to the Derail controls on the Northeast side of your position (the Start/Stop controls). After starting the rail again, head over to the Derail controls and select Derail. From that point on, all the bodies will come in from the Main spin and head over to a hidden position for derailing. At that point, the body should be hidden. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^ PROFESSIONAL DIFFICULTY STRATEGY ^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^ Mission Objectives: ---> Assassinate "Meat King" Campbell Sturrock ---> Assassinate Lawyer Andrei Puscus ---> Rescue the Client's Daugher ---> Escape the Compound [Part 1]- Getting inside of the Party When you begin this mission, you'll have a prepped up body, and ready to go. When you enter this door, turn left and you'll see another double door. Go through it and in this room, you'll see some stairs. Pass them and continue along the double doors. In this room, go up to the double door, but look through the keyhole. The Meat King's brother resides in the same room where the girl is at, but you'll want to wait for him to leave. The best indication for him leaving is undeterminable without a Map, but here are some things to help you out. When looking through the keyhole, if you hear music on the other side, it means that the Brother might be traversing to another room, giving you the chance to slip by when he enters the other room. You can also hear him singing also when the music stops (indicating that the door is shut from the other room where the girl is at). When you hear his singing starting to fade off, it might indicate that he's in a different room already. If none of the above happens, look through the keyhole and wait for 5 seconds. Afterwards, open the door, sneak to the right side of the room and check the double doors on the right side of the room. If the Meat King's brother isn't there, it means he's in the other room. If you did the beginning stuff fast enough, he should already be in another room on the left side of this room. Anyways, approach the girl and view the scene. Just remember, if you're paranoid about the brother coming back, exit the scene since these scenes don't freeze time. After the scene, pick up the murder proof to complete the objective. [Part 3]- Kill the Fat Meat King Go back to the Hallway you dropped your chicken, and pick it back up. Head past Hallway C2 to access the main room. It should lead into a locker room. Go to the end of the locker room to find the Opium Waiter's disguise. By the disguise, is a wall. Wait behind the wall and wait for the Opium Waiter to walk and sit on that bench. Sneak behind him and use a Syringe on him before his female entertainer arrives. Quickly drag him behind the wall and don't worry about the female. Take his clothes and head back to the Main Room. Check your Map and look for the Lawyer in the Main Room. He's behind the curtains on the northwest side of the room. Enter the curtains and give the Lawyer the pipe. Make sure no one else is in the same room. After he smokes it, when he sleeps take his Silver Ballers for collection and pull out your Meat Hook. Slash him twice to complete the objective. [Part 4B]- Alternate Lawyer Kill (Thanks to Bryan Martin for this tactic) (The Lawyer stashing was made by me) You can do this earlier if you can detect him walking to the bathrooms. Your job is to assassinate both brothers that are going through with a Weapons Deal. On top of that, you'll also have to destroy there dirty bomb also. Think you can handle the pressures of a silent hit and the freezing tempratures at the same time... Mission Objectives: ---> Assassinate Fabian Fuchs ---> Assassinate Commander Bjarkhov ---> Destroy Dirty Bomb Production Capability ---> Escape Via Cargo Plane [Part 1]- Getting a Disguise When you begin, you'll be behind some rollers. If you adjust your camera, you'll be able to see a guard walking out and a civilian coming in the Cargo Ship to bring some groceries. Wait for him to grab a Grocery box. When he does, the minute he turns his back, run around the rollers, and to the the right side of the plane. Continue to run and get behind the civilian and Syringe him. You can either run to the right side and get behind him and sneak, or you can run to the right side of the plane and get behind him when he's aligned towards you, and run behind and Syringe him. Either way, you can still get him down without alerting guards. Take his disguise and drag him behind the rollers or the crates. Head outside of the Cargo plane, taking the groceries, and toward the Mess Hall on the East side when you walk out of the Cargo Plane. Run inside, disregarding the guards since they don't really care. [Part 2]- Killing Fabian Fuchs When you're inside, check the Map, and head to the kitchen(the ! point on the Map). Wait for the Chef to come in if he's not here and talk to him. Gather all the information you need and wait for him to leave the kitchen. If you check the by the stove area, you'll see a tiny bottle. Approach it to obtain the "Laxatives". Wait for the Chef to leave the kitchen and pour it in the soup. Now, stand outside of the kitchen and bide your time here. During this time, Fuchs should be ordering a soup, or sitting at a table at the east side of the room. Wait for him to eat all of his soup. Now, get as near as possible to Fuchs as you can, but near the bathroom(located on the Northeast side of the Mess Hall). The best place to stand, is between brown table # 2 and #3(# 1 is on the north, #2 is in the middle, #3 is on the south by the door). Wait for Fuchs to act funny. When he does, he'll rush into the bathroom. Once he's inside the bathroom, quickly, chase after him and shut the door. Sneak behind him and wire him as quickly as possible. If he's already sitting down, wait for him to finish up with his business(which takes a long while), and then wire him. After the assassination, take his clothes and walk outside. The guard will approach you. After the conversation, follow the guard to the next destination. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ALTERNATE KILL: Another way to kill Fabian, is to collect the Fire Poker that is by the fire place in the Mess Hall. Re-direct the guard's attention away from the bathroom and head into the Kitchen. Sneak out of the kitchen and through the tables. Head towards the fire place to collect the Poker. Wait for Fabian to head inside the bathroom. Follow him in and you can easily stab him through the back if you're not that good at using the wire, or whack him a few times when he's sitting on the crapper until he dies. (tactic contributed by Gregg Van Osdoll) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Part 3]- Assassinating Commander Bjarkhov Basically, he's gonna take you to your 2nd target, but only escorting you to the Marine Base. Once you get to there, get on the train with him. When it stops, from here on out, you're by yourself again. From the point your standing, turn around and head south. Ignore the guards and head to the entrance of this point. A brief welcoming, then enter the Transport Ship. From inside, on your right side, head to the 2nd door on your right, and go up the stairs. Once you're at the top, head into the next couple of rooms to find yourself at the balcony. A couple of guards, nothing to worry about, except they'll search you. Don't worry since they'll strip you of your guns and not turn fire on you. Proceed onward on the balcony. About halfway, there will be a door on your right. Inside, will be the Commander. Walk in and go through the introduction scene. After the main cutscene, wait for the Commander to walk toward his Vodka bottle. When he first gets there, he will turn around and make a gesture. Just ignore this since its more of a ploy to see if you can resist not killing him yet. When he turns back around, sneak mode and the wire. Afterwards, approach the desk and take the Master Key. [Part 4]- Obtain Radiation Suit Head to the door on the northwest corner, and down the stairway. This will lead you back to the long tunnel of the Transport Ship. Go through the tunnel, and enter the door. When you check your Map, there will be a few guards in the first room. Walk in there, passing the guards, and into the next room. Inside, will be a stock of AK-47's and 3 bombs. Collect the bombs and walk back outside to the Marine Base. From this point, your next destination, is the Warehouse, which is located on the northwest side of the Map. Run down there and enter the Warehouse. There should be a lone civilian, but ignore him. When you walk in, before moving on, walk to the VERY FIRST STALL thats on your right. Its VERY hard to miss if you just scan through quickly. In that very first stall, is the radiation suit. Obtain that suit and walk back out. [Part 5]- Blowing up the Submarine Head south(on the Map), toward the Submarine. If you talked to that Chef, he should of labeled the weak points of the Submarine with the ! points. FYI, there are also 3 more bombs INSIDE the submarine, so get them if you didn't get them from the Transport Ship. Head to the weak points of the Submarine, and when you get there, you should get the choice to plant the bomb instead of dropping them. Do this 3 times and head back. Step away from the bridge, and near the ladder by the ice banks. You should be in front of the Submarine for reference. Wait for the patrolling guard that patrols to the bridge, and away from the bridge, to patrol to bridge and right by the 2 guards. Pull out the detenator and set it off once the guard is near the 2 guards. After the scene, you might want to approach the bodies. If done right, the patrolling guard will either be very injured, to the point where he can not move, or dead. If he wasn't by the bridge, say hello to an alert, and bye bye to your All Zero SA. Ignore the guards that wen to check out the commotion also, since they'll leave immediately. [Part 5B]- Alternate Alert Prevention Basically, if you at least blew up the patrolling guard that was mentioned in Part 5, you can prevent any other possible alerts if you've been having problems with alerts, even though you killed the patrolling guard in the explosion. The minute that the explosion scene begins, Hit X button to cancel the scene. Quickly, run over to the guards and run by each one to stop them in their tracks. This will force them to retreat back so that they don't ever find the possible dead bodies. [Part 6]- Escape Siberia Not much explanation here. Make sure you head back to the Warehouse and disguise yourself as Fabian again, since the Radiation 47, can not leave the Marine Base area. From this point on, head back to the train station, ride the train/run on the tracks, and head back to the back of the Cargo Plane, where you'll make your escape. ^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^ PROFESSIONAL DIFFICULTY STRATEGY ^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^ Mission Objectives: ---> Assassinate Fabian Fuchs ---> Assassinate Commander Bjarkhov ---> Destroy Dirty Bomb Production Capability ---> Escape Via Cargo Plane [Part 1]- Getting a Disguise When you begin, you'll be behind some rollers. [Part 2]- Killing Fabian Fuchs When you're inside, turn left and head into the Kitchen. If the Chef isn't in here, wait for him to come in the Kitchen. Talk to him and gather all the info you need. On Professional Difficulty, its best to listen to him if you don't know what he says or know anything about this level since Point of Interests aren't displayed. After you gathered the info, check the by the stove area, you'll see a tiny bottle. Once you get to the submarine, head to the back of the submarine, passing all of the guards. Just note that there are 3 more bombs inside the submarine. They're not necessary to obtain if you obtained them earlier after killing Bjarkhov. Once you've head near the back of the submarine, climb down the ladder and walk very close to the submarine. There is only 1 bomb needed to plant on the right side of the sub, and 2 more on the left side of the sub. If you stay near the submarine, you should see the "Place Bomb" messages on the action bar. Once all 3 are planted, head back to the bridge and step away from it. Its best to stand by the ladder by the snow embankment for distance. ____________________________________________________________________________ \ \ / / \Contract Level 4: \ Beldingford Manor /Contract Level 4: / \___________________\________________________________/___________________/ Mission Summary: Hmm... Another kidnapping. This time, your client wants you to rescue his missing son, and kill Beldingfords who abducted him. Since there is a hunting party during the weekend, so striking during the night will give great cover. But be cautious. There will be guard dogs and lots of trained huntsmen guarding the vicinity. Think you can decieve a bunch of English Hunters.... Mission Objectives: ---> Assassinate Lord Winston Beldingford ---> Assassinate Alistar Beldingford ---> Rescue Giles Northcott ---> Escape Beldingford [Part 1]- Getting a Disguise When you first begin, turn around, and run straight ahead to the little stairway. When you're at the top of the stairway, crouch down, and move to the left side, downstairs. Keep an eye on the 2 talking guards and wait for one to patrol in the west direction, and the other to patrol in the north direction. When they do, head Northeast, toward the Maze on the Map, between the intersection corner of where the guards were standing (The corner can be seen from light coming from the lamp post). Go between the bushes and continue heading Northeast until you see the door of the Hedge Maze. Enter the Hedge Maze. Check the Map and your next destination, is the Point of Interest thats in the Hedge Maze. Head along the path until you get to the Point of Interest. It'll be a secret underground cellar. Press X button to drop down into the Basement Cellar. Go down the long path in the cellar until you get to the first door in this long hallway. Stand by here and check the Map. Wait for the guard to come back. He will patrol from the stairs in the next room, and to the third area of the Basement Cellar to stand watch by the Wine Cellar. When he comes back from the stairs, wait for him to turn his back and follow him to the Wine Cellar. When he stops, use a Syringe on him and drag him back. Make sure you don't use a Syringe on him after the Cutscene with Alistar has taken place, because thats when he has already order the wine, which results in the Butler coming from the other side to get the Whiskey. Anyways, after you've dragged him back to the Long Hallway area, take his clothes, go back to the Third Area, to the Wine Cellar, through the door on the upper left corner, and up the stairs. [Part 2]- Killing Winston Belingford When you're at the top of the stairway, go through the door to enter the Front Room. Immediately, take a left turn, and through the double doors. Make sure you keep a good distance from the guards with this disguise since maintaining cover with this disguise isn't that great. When you've entered the double doors, immediately turn left again, and through the single door. Go down the tiny little stairway, and into the tiny kitchen. You'll see 2 guards sitting by each other. Enter the kitchen and turn right. Continue walking straight toward the single door to enter the side hallway. There are many doors in here, but you only need to enter one of them. If you check on your Map, you'll see you're right by the room with an Lightning Symbol. Enter the 2nd room on your left to access that symbol. Turn off the Furnace, and head back to the Kitchen. When you enter the Kitchen, immediately turn left, and head up the stairway. Follow along the path, passing the showering maid until you get to the top of the hallway. Enter the 2nd room on your right to access a bedroom. On the dresser, will be a vial of poison. Get it, return back to the small hallway, and enter the shower room thats across from you. Run to the mirror and you'll see its a hidden door. Go through the mirror door and head up the stairway. Follow along the path and stop by the door at the very top of the stairway. Check the Map to see Beldingford's location. If he's by the civilian mark, you might want to go into sneak mode, shut the door, and adjust your camera until you see him. Make sure that he is sleeping. If he is, approach him, take a pillow, and kill him through suffocation. Don't worry about the maid thats sleeping beside him. She won't wake up as long as you've snuck toward Winston. Otherwise, wait for him to go to the bathroom if he's sitting on his bed, and wait for him to return back to his bed to sleep to kill him. DO NOT APPROACH HIM WITH THE WIRE. If he wakes up to head to the bathroom, its wise not to since he'll turn around and see you. [Part 3]- Getting Disguise #2 After Winston is dead, turn around and sneak to the red double doors. Go through them to enter the next room. When you barely enter this room, immediately turn right, and you'll see a brown wall. Approach the wall and you'll see a hidden door. It is also visible on the Map. Enter it to access another hidden hallway. Once you're inside, head through the hallway, and up the ladder. At the top, turn left and head through the single door. Also note, if you took a gasoline bin from the Basement Cellar, you can drop it down here. Of course, if you want an S.A. Rating, don't drop it down or else it'll result in an alert. Anyways, once you've went through the door, go down the stairs, and enter another door that leads to a spiral stairway. Go down until you see a door in front of you. Enter it, another small section and another door to go through. Go into sneak mode, enter the door, approach the right side of the Bed, grab the Hunter's Disguise and Shotgun, and sneak out the double doors. Just note that you'll need the shotgun to blend in perfectly with the disguise, or else the other guards might get a bit suspcious of you (but not as much as wearing an Indoor Guard's disguise). [Part 4]- Killing Alistar Belingford Once you're out of the Hunter's Bedroom, head straight through this tiny path and into the Billiards Room. Make a right turn from the Billiards table and go down the stairway to the Front Room. Once you're downstairs, turn around and head through the double doors that are on your right side. Keep walking straight, heading through double doors until you get to the last room with a single door ahead. Go through that single door, head downstairs to the Wine Cellar, and poison the Whiskey Charafe. Turn around, head back to the Stairway, and head to the very top of the Stairway to wait. Wait for Alistar to die and head back to the Front Room. [Part 5]- Find the Missing Son Once you're at the Front Room, turn left, head out the double doors, and out of the Mansion. Head Northeast of your position to find a path leading east. Keep heading east, passing the 1st Barn, and head to the Back of the 2nd Barn. If you check the Map, you'll want to head for the Lightning symbol thats behind the 2nd Barn. Once you get to it, pull the Television Transmission, and head inside the barn. If you check your Map, you want to head into the little section with the multiple doors. Go into the door on your right and you'll be inside where the guards just walked out of. Get the Key thats hanging on the case, and head to the Front Barn area. Sneak into the Stable Area thats on your right and sneak to the last stable on your left. Check the Map and its the White Dot. Open it up, go through the conversation, and head out of the Stable Area. If you run through the stable area, they'll warn the guards. A bunch will come by to check it out, but it doesn't dent your stats. [Part 5B]- Alternate Stable Key If you want, you can take it from the stable boy. If you don't have a Syringe, you can use this tactic to get it without a syringe. First off, find the Stable boy and confront him when he's up on his loft. Get behind him and pistol whip him. Once he's down, take his key and his clothes. Afterwards, head behind the hay and wait for the boy to wake up. When he does, wait for him to run downstairs and retrieve your previous clothes. Now, head to the Stables as quickly as possible. By then, there will be a Warning Message about guards looking for a Suspicious Stable Boy. [Part 6]- Escape the Beldingford Complex Your escape point is the same exact place you started. Just keep your distance, head back to the Hedge Maze, and up the little stairway to the boat. Save if you need to. ^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^ PROFESSIONAL DIFFICULTY STRATEGY ^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^--^^ (Thanks to Matt for Contributing this tactic) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NOTE: According to the contributor, the poison can be used twice. I myself has not tested this tactic yet since I don't have the time to yet. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Part 1]- Infiltration From where you start out, turn right and run along the shore, weeds, and wall. Then turn left when you get to the wall and run north, and go through the door. Then run into the little stone cubby, and wait for the guard to go down the ramp to your right. Once he's suitably far down and walking towards the big barn, run down the ramp, and do a 180, and run east behind the little barn. Keep hugging the left wall until you reach some hedges near the road to the front door. Wait for the guards here to pass by, and then continue following the left wall until you reach another door leading towards the house. Go through the door, then find the stairs going down into the house. Enter the house, turn around 180 degrees and go through the door to the right of the door you just entered through. The water heater will be marked with a lightning bolt on your map. Turn it off. Then run out the room, back out the way you came, up the stairs, then turn around and run towards the ladder leading up to the window. Climb the ladder and crawl through the window. Congrats, you're in. [Part 2]- Killing Lord Beldingford Alright, now that you're inside, grab the poison vial off the desk. Make haste, there's no time to lose! Now open the door, go into the hall, and go into the bathroom where the maid was showering. Run to the mirror, and open it. Voila, it's a door leading to Lord Beldingford's room. Run up the stairs, then make sure to SNEAK. Check your map. If he just left the room, you're good. Sneak over to his bed, poison his milk, sneak back to the secret door, and close it. You should have a few seconds to spare. Then he goes back to bed, drinks his milk, lays down and dies. Target one eliminated. [Part 3]- Killing Alistair Beldingford Alright, now that the Lord is dead, sneak back into his room, and go out the door. Now you're in an unguarded sort of lobby. The only door out is guarded, you say? Nope. There's another secret door built into the wall. Open the secret door, go through, climb the ladder to the place where you could (if you didn't care about all zeroes) drop a gas can down and take out Alistair. But since you don't want to do that, continue on and go down the stairs. Once you're back on the second floor, go back to sneaking, and open the door. Ta-da! You're in some sleeping guy's bedroom. Sneak over to his bed, take his clothes and his shotgun. Then sneak back to the stairwell until you reach the first floor. Turn south, go into the room with Alistairs (feels scary, don't it?) and then through the secret door in the bookcase. Now you can simply walk over to the stairs on your left, go down into the cellar and poison the keg. Just don't linger too close to any guards, because they have a nasty habit of seeing through your disguise. [Part 4]- Rescuing the kid. This is so laughably easy. Go back up the stairs, and once you're back on the first floor, go west, which should be straight. Once you reach the front door, go outside, run away from the house a bit, and then run waaaay west until you find the stables where the kid is being held. It's the westest thing there is. Run around to the back (even wester), and sabotage their satellite TV. Once you've done that, run into the back of the stables, hide behind the hay stacks on your right (just to avoid the risk of one of them seeing past the disguise), and then once the three guards are standing around looking at the box, run forward one room, and then turn right, into the room the guards came from. Nab the key from the wall, then go out the room and continue going straight. Now go into the next door on the right. Go to the very last stable, open it up, and talk to the kid. Then he runs away. [Part 4B]- Alternate Stable Key If you want, you can take it from the stable boy. [Part 5]- Escaping This isn't worth mentioning. Just run from the stable to where you started the level. The end. ____________________________________________________________________________ \ \ / / \Contract Level 5: \ Rendezvous in Rotterdam /Contract Level 5: / \___________________\________________________________/___________________/ Mission Summary: Looks like this time, you'll have to assassinate the boss of an international crime syndicate. He holds some very valuable photos, and is planning to auctioning them to the Black Market. Your client has sent an operative to retrieve them, but hasn't come back yet. This puts the client at a high risk, so you'll have to eliminate him. A journalist will come by to buy the photos. You must prevent him from buying the photos and assassinate Rutgert. Mission Objectives: ---> Assassinate Klaas Teller ---> Assassinate Rutgert Van Leuven ---> Retrieve the Photos ---> Escape [Part 1]- Getting a Disguise When you begin, you'll have to act kind of fast. Quickly, turn to your left, and head out the door. Go down the bottom the stairs, turn right, and head up the road. Keep running up the road until you see an alley leading west. Run in the alley. Continue heading west and you should see the buyer. He is on a smoking break now, but he'll leave soon. If he starts walking off, just get behind him, hit/hold L2, take out the Syringe, and put him to sleep. Don't worry about dragging him since there is no one thats gonna find him. Take his clothes and envelope, drop all your guns, and run to the front gate. Open the door. The minute you walk in, you'll be searched. After the frisk, turn left and head straight. Once you've passed the building, turn right and up the stairway to gain access inside. [Part 2]- Killing Rutgert and Taking the Photos Once inside, continue forward to the next room. Turn left and you'll see a door. Go inside to the next room to join the dance show. Turn right and go through the door on the east side of the room. Once you're in here, turn right to see the Bartender. Approach and talk to him. After the conversation, turn around and wait for him to come to you. Take the Card key and follow him. Once the Bartender stops in front of a guard, pass this next frisk, and continue to follow him to the top floor. He'll escort you to Rutgert's office. Once you're in his office, you'll ensue in a conversation. After the conversation, wait for him to get to his safe, sneak behind him, and wire him. If he hasn't open the safe yet, take the Safe Combo and get the pictures from the safe. [Part 3]- Killing the Operative/Escaping Head back to the stairway that you used earlier to come up on the 3rd floor, and head to the Basement Level. Check your Map and wait for the right time. Basically, your next destination, is the Point of Interest on the Northeast side of the Map. That room has another disguise for you to access the Basement and ground floor. When the coast is clear, run up to the Northeastern room, take the Biker's disguise, and walk back out. The target is on the Northwest side of the Basement Floor (across from your position). Go inside that room. Once inside, you have 2 ways of killing him: 1) Electric Death 2) Meat Hook Slice. Whatever you decide, just kill him. Afterwards, head to the Southeastern corner of the Map to get back on Ground Level. Head up the stairs, pass the guard, and head all the way back to the Front Gate from where you first entered. It seems you can't really access that gate to leave, so from the Gate's position, head West. You'll see an opening in the fences. there might be a couple of guards patrolling in that alley, so be careful. Once you enter the alley, turn right, and enter the door. Make a note, that there is some Rat Poisoning between the 2 dumpsters. Anyways, when you go through the door, you'll end up in the factory. Run through this hallway until you get to the end. If you check your Map, you want to exit the door on the far east side of the Map. When you do, just head to the exit. ____________________________________________________________________________ \ \ / / \Contract Level 6: \ Deadly Cargo /Contract Level 6: / \___________________\________________________________/___________________/ Mission Summary: Hmm... It seems like Boris Ivandich is making a purchase from the Biker Syndicate that you were at. Only one main objective, but it never gets easy. There will be police staking out the situation and busting Boris. Your client can't allow him to be arrested, so you must act fast before SWAT team arrives. Think you can make it.... Mission Objectives: ---> Assassinate Boris Ivandich Deruzhka ---> Escape [Part 1]- Getting a Disguise When you begin, check your Map really quick. If you see all of the Map, you'll find a Lightning Symbol. Run straight and you'll get there. When you get to the location of the lightning symbol, pull the switch, turn around, and run to the edge. Turn back around and later on, you'll see the police officer from the shed walk by. When he goes to fix it, sneak up behind him and syringe him. Take his clothes and walk inside. The disguise section isn't done yet, since this isn't going to be your main disguise. When inside the police area, continue running north, passing the police guards. If you check your Map, you'll be heading to the only Point of Interest in the outside area. Once you're there, enter the shed. Take the Worker's Disguise, dump all guns, and take the Tool Box. Now, check your Map and wait for the police guard to pass the shed. Since only police are allowed in this area, you'll have wait for him to pass by to exit the shed. [Part 1B]- Alternate Way to Getting Disguise This is a bit hard to describe, but I'll try my very best. When you begin, head to the lightning symbol thats on the Map and pull the switch. When the Transmission is cut, turn left and head to the Police Guard Station and crouch on the front left side of it. Turn yourself westward, toward the same direction that you just came from when you pulled the switch. Once the cop walks out of the gate, sneak inside and head into the police station. Make sure you stay as close to the stairs when you enter to avoid the police ahead from seeing you. When you're inside, sneak to the right side of the hallway. Once you're on the right side of the hallway, crouch and move to the 2nd door on your right to the Mini Kitchen. If you weren't crouch moving, a police might of saw you and if you weren't on the right side of the hallway, the police that was head of you in the hallway might of saw you. Anyways, once you're inside this kitchen, look through the keyhole and wait for the police to pass the door. Continue biding your time in this kitchen. The guard that was on the other side of the counter should've entered another room. Anyways, look through the keyhole and wait for another police to pass the door(from the left side to the right side). Once he passes the door, go into sneak mode, and sneak out following the cop. When he enters the door, pass his door and turn left at the intersect and head into the Locker Room. If you're playing on Normal Difficulty, its the Point of Interest. Take the Cop Clothes and head back out. [Part 2]- Getting Inside After leaving the shed, turn right and head forward a bit. If you check the Map, you want to head toward the 2 guards that stand by each other. Turn right again at the intersection to get there. Approach the guards, pass the frisk, and continue heading North. Check your Map, and head toward the sewer hole on the North. Climb down the sewer. Once you're at the bottom of the sewer, check your Map. On the sewer map, head to the sewer hole in the middle. Climb up that sewer ladder, and check your Map of the inside of the Warehouse. View the middle room and wait for a sailor to walk by the sewer. When he does, wait for him to the other side. Follow him and enter the room. Head inside the door on your right and wait there. Check the Map and wait for him to patrol back to where the sewer hole is at. Run out and head to the door on your right, where the sailor previously came from. Go up the stairs and you'll find some Sailor's Clothes (Check Map for Point of Interest on 2nd Floor Warehouse). [Part 3]- Killing Boris Go down the stairs and head down the sewer hole again. Head back to the sewer hole that you first used to access the sewer region, and back up. Run toward the ship and up the ramp. Make sure you distance yourself from the guards whenever possible. Try to walk instead of run so you don't spoil yourself. If you walk by a guard, when it turns red, then run so you escape the Threat Meter from ever getting to suspicious. When you're at the top of the ramp, and on the boat, turn right. Keep heading straight until you're at the corner. Turn left and climb the ladder to the 2nd floor. When you're at the top, enter the door thats north of you. Inside, head inside a compartment room on your right. Check the Map and wait for Boris to pass by. When he does, wait for him to get into his room on the 2nd floor. Go by the door, go into sneak mode, creep behind him, and strangle him. [Part 4]- Escaping Quickly, head out of the ship, head back to the Point of Interest Shed, get your Cop Uniform, and exit. If you were quick enough, the cop shouldn't of awoken yet. The Exit Point is the same exact place you started. If you can leave the police area by then, you're home free. [Part 3B/4B]- Alternate SWAT Team Tactic This is only for you if you have the SWAT jumping on you early than expected. If you're at least on the 2nd Floor of the Ship, head up the ladder on the 2nd Floor by the stairs, and head up to the outside of the Cargo Bridge. Wait for the Boris to make his threat. Once he's done with his threat, sneak inside and wire him. Ignore any Sniper message since its nothing. QUICKLY, take Boris' detenator. Make sure you have it equiped at ALL times. Once you walk outside of the ship, all of the SWAT will be at your mercy since they want to live. If you're not in an appropriate disguise, other people besides SWAT might shoot you, regardless of the detenator, but the SWAT should of killed them. Anyways, head to the North side of the ship to reach the helipad and wait til the copter comes. It usually takes a long time, so don't worry. When it arrives, get on an enjoy your victory. ____________________________________________________________________________ \ \ / / \Contract Level 7: \ Traditions of the Trade /Contract Level 7: / \___________________\________________________________/___________________/ Mission Summary: Your next target, is a man named, "Franz Fuchs". He plans to use a chemical bomb to blow up a UF Peace Conference at Budapest. Currently, him and his brother are staying at the Thermal Bath Hotel. Use this time to quickly kill the brothers, and leave with the Chemical Bomb. Security is very tight, so plan carefully.... Mission Objectives: ---> Assassinate Franz Fuchs ---> Assassinate Fritz Fuchs ---> Retrieve the Chemical Bomb ---> Escape with the Bomb [Part 1]- Getting a Disguise Though you're in a hotel, disguises don't matter much, but its best to do this at the beginning of the level. When you start, before moving on, a Conference I.D. Card lies on your feet on the knocked out body. Take that card and drop all your guns and the suitcase. Run to the front of the hotel and a guard will stop you to check your I.D. Card. Once he lets you pass, enter the hotel. If the detectors go off, all your guns/suitcase you're holding, will be confiscated. Enter the Hotel. This is the front lobby of the hotel. Anyways, head to the East Wing. To get there, run towards the stairs. Before going up them, turn right and you'll be facing a Wing side of the hotel. Go through the door and you'll see a door with a forbidden access sign. There will be a cop who patrols here. Wait for him to leave and unlock the door. Once you've unlocked the door, turn left and continue through the next door to the next hallway. This hallway was recently visited by a murderer, which explains the blood and broken windows. FYI, you'll see ghost in this dark hallway and in any of the hotel room mirrors in this side of the dark hallway. Check the Map. In one of the hotel rooms in the dark hallway, you'll see a cop in one of them. It seems he's ready to take a shower. Unlock the door and check on the Map/Keyhole. Wait for him to stop staring at the mirror and sneak in. Take his clothes that are on the bed and sneak back out. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NOTE: Disrupting the Metal Detectors isn't required if you're wearing a cop's uniform. You can walk through the detectors and still wear any part of metal without getting caught. Skip Part 2 if you're wearing a cop's uniform. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Part 2]- Disrupt the Metal Detectors When you walk out of the room, turn left and continue along the hallway. You'll see a lone policeman guarding the murder scene. Walk past him and continue walking through the hallway. Keep walking until you see a stairway going up. Go all the way up the stairway to the 3rd Floor. Once you're on the 3rd floor, check the Map. The metal detector switch is the Point of Interest on bottom of Map, east wing side. You'll see 2 cops in there also. Head to that point, walk in the room, ignore the guards, turn off the switch, and walk back out. You can run if you need to, otherwise, walking will get you through here a lot better. Afterwards, try to find a Bellboy. Wait for him to go inside one of the Hotel Rooms and take his Master Key. That key is essential for quick access. He can be found in any of the floors by a hotel room. [Part 3]- Killing Franz Fuchs Head back downstairs to the first lobby area, where you began. Its a lot easier to give directions from down here, than your current location. If you feel its faster, find Room 203, otherwise, keep following this guide for directions. Go up the stairway and turn right to head up the eastern stairway. Once you've walked pass the detector, turn right again and head through the double doors. Continue through the second double doors and turn left at the hallway. Continue following the hallway path, heading left at the next corner, and through the double doors. In this hallway, you should see a guard, guarding Franz's room. The room Franz is in, is room 202. Walk past room 202 and go into room 203. Head through the balcony double doors to get on the balcony. Wait for the guard on the other side of the balcony to guard the balcony if he hasn't already. When he does, wait for him to walk back inside the room. Jump the balcony to the other side, open the door, and use the Syringe on the guard. Sneak toward the bathroom door, open it, sneak behind Franz, and wire him. Before leaving, grab the Suitcase by the bed. Head back to the balcony and jump back to room 203, and back to the hallway. [Part 4]- Killing Fritz Fuchs Head back to the Main lobby room, in front of the stairs. Go to the left side of the stairway to see the door that leads to the Thermal Bath. Unlike Hitman 1, this door is locked. On the other side, a police guards it since no one can go inside the Thermal Bath. There will be a police guard who patrols from the East Wing forbidden door, to this door. Wait for him to patrol to the East Wing and unlock this door. Go through the door and check your Map. Wait for Franz to enter the Steam room, which is the Point of Interest by the pool area on the Map. If he's in the center of the pool, wait for him to walk to the Steam room. When he gets to the Steam Room, approach the Valve that is by the door, and turn it on to watch Fritz die. Before leaving, enter the Steam room afterwards and take the X-Ray Room Key to access the Chemical Bomb. [Part 5]- Retrieve the Chemical Bomb Head back out to the Main lobby in front of the stairs. Head up the stairs, turn left, and go up the left stairway. Passing the metal detector, turn right, then south again to see another stairway going up. This stairway takes you up the 3rd Floor. Turn left when you pass the metal detectors and start looking up. There should be a door with a green light above it on this hallway. Go through it to access the roof top. Go around the big dome and you'll see 2 windows. Check the Map on the 3rd Floor, West Wing. You can also view the windows to see the guard. Wait for the coast to be cleared, jump through the left window, and walk to the double doors on the left side. This should bring you to a safe point to get in the X-Ray Room. Turn right and you'll see another more double doors. Check the Map and look at the room on the top, closest to the Point of Interest. Wait for the coast to be clear (preferably, south wall of the room) and go inside the Point of Interest Room. Take the bomb, wait again for the coast to be cleared. Go back out and into the 2nd room. Check the Map, wait for the coast to be cleared, and head out the Window. Go through the door, and back to the other side of the 3rd Floor. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CHEMICAL BOMB NOTE: If you played Hitman: Codename 47, you should know that the Chemical Bomb in that game was made of metal, so it would disrupt the detectors. In this game, its NOT MADE out of ANY metal, so you can run out with it without turning off the Metal Detectors. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Part 6]- Escape Hotel Head outside of Hotel and for one of the Exit Points. ____________________________________________________________________________ \ \ / / \Contract Level 8: \ Slaying a Dragon /Contract Level 8: / \___________________\________________________________/___________________/ Mission Summary: Your job now, is to trigger a triad war to get to the leader of the Red Dragon Triad, Lee Hong. Of course right now, he is too strong and too guarded to approach directly, so it'll be planned out to leave Lee Hong vulnerable. Your goal will be to kill the Red Dragon negotiator, but let the Blue Lotus negotiator to live so he can be the one to blame. No time for failures. Lets get this done.... Mission Objectives: ---> Assassinate Red Dragon Negotiator ---> Blue Lotus Negotiator Must Survive ---> Escape the Area ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE SNIPER TACTICS. MY GUIDE IS FOR ALL ZERO SILENT ASSASSIN RATINGS. ANYMORE SNIPER TACTICS SENT, I WILL DELETE YOUR E-MAIL AFTER VIEWING IT. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Part 1]- Getting a Disguise When you begin, run north til you get to the street. Make a right turn and run straight. Keep running straight until you get to the intersection again and turn left. Run straight til the intersection and turn left. On the right side, there is an apartment building you can enter. If you were to check on the Map at the beginning of the level, its on the east side of the map, the lower builidng with a door. Enter the Apartment and run up the stairway to the top floor. When you're at the top floor, there should be a Point of Interest. Unlock the door and go inside to take the disguise. Drop your suitcase and any other guns you have on you. Head back down, and out the apartment. [Part 2]- Kill Dragon Negotiator/Escaping Ahead of you, will be 2 Lotus Guards. Enter the park and let the Lotus frisk you. After the frisk, enter the park, and turn right. Walk around the Pagoda, but make sure that the guard by the bridge doesn't see you. If he does, he'll just annoyingly follow you. If he does follow you, just run to the East side of the park area. Anyways, walk along the path and get on the bridge thats on your right of the Pagoda. Wait for the Dragon Negotiator and Lotus Negotiator to walk by here. At the top of the Pagoda, the Lotus Negotiator will come back and talk to the Lotus Guard by the bridge. Quickly, sneak toward the Dragon Negotiator and wire him. Make sure he is on the north side of the Pagoda so that the Lotus doesn't see him. If he's by the Tea Set (which he shouldn't be if you were to act fast when the Lotus left his side), drag and drop his body back to the top of the Pagoda. Quickly exit out of the park. Just note that they might re-frisk you. If they do, let them, and run to the exit point. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- (Tactic Contribution: Thanks to SeiurRighteous9 and Justin Dehart for their ) (contributions. Justin made a mention of this tactic/short tactic, so he will) (be credited. ) [Part 1] - Obtaining a Disguise When you begin, look on your map. There should be a sewer hole nearby with a Point of Interest symbol over it. Go down it and get the rat poison in he sewer. Climb back up and head North on your minimap to the building with the civilian standing out front near the door. Go inside and run up to the top floor. There is a room upstairs with a Point of Interesnt symbol in it. Pick the door and grab the worker disguise. Now drop all of your guns and your sniper suitcase. Head back downstairs all the way and out the front door. [Part 2] - Killing the Negotiator/Escaping If you walk straight forward there is an entrance to the pagoda area with 2 or 3 guards guarding there. Walk up and they will check you for guns. Continue in. Once you're in the park, turn to your left and head into the pagoda on your left side of the bridge. If you walk on the right side of the park and cross the bridge on the right side, an alert might pull up and you might be caught. Cross the small bridge and wait. The negotiators will start walking together at the North end, walk together to the South end, and then the Blue Negotiator will leave to talk to a guard. The Red Negotiator will walk around, get a cup of tea, and wait for the other negotiator. When they meet again and start walking, poison the tea with the rat poison and immediately run out the pagoda. Run towards an exit as quickly as possible. Stay there. The negotiator will drink the tea, and before anyone can even threaten to call the alarm, you will be in the exit zone and have already completed the mission. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- This next tactic was constructed by me. In this tactic, you'll be able to bomb the Negotiator when he's in his Limo. This tactic will also be done with your suit and no disguises. If you don't think you're up to the suit challenge, I'll provide notes along this tactic to help you out with where to get a disguise. [Part 1]- Obtaining the Bomb Equipment When you begin, run straight ahead and out of the alley. When you're on the streets, turn left and continue on the road until you get to the corner of the park. Turn right at the corner and continue heading until you get to the next corner of the park. Turn right and you should be on the other side of the park from where you began. On your left, you'll notice a building with a door. If you check your Map, you should be able to see it. Enter inside and you'll be in the Apartments. Head up the stairs and into the 2nd Floor. When you reach the 2nd Floor, pick the lock on the door thats on your left side. Once the door is unlocked, open it and take the Bomb and Remote on the table in front of you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ DISGUISE NOTE: If you want a disguise, this is the best area to do it at. Head up the stairs to the 4th Floor. On your right of the 4th Floor, there will be a lone Lotus Guard. If you run on his right side (on your left when you stare at him), to the wall, you can get him to turn. Head behind him and Syringe him. If you want an easier way, keep running by him or touching him, you'll eventually see a short animation scene where he tells you to leave. After that message, keep running by him and eventually, he'll run/walk after you. Lure him back a bit until you feel you're at the right spot and stop. Get behind him and quickly pull out the Syringe and put him to sleep. Take his disguise. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Part 2]- Planting the Bomb After you've done everything you needed to do in the Apartment, head back downstairs and out of the Apartment. Turn to your left when you head out and behind the corner of the park wall, will be the Red Dragon's Limo. If you check your Map, it'll be the Limo on the South of Map, closest to the park. Anyways, your main goal now, is to plant the bomb. With no disguise, this won't be too easy by yourself, so here are the proper steps to do so. Get by the wall of the Park and run against it. Keep running forward, even when you pass the wall. There might be brief animations of the guard telling you to leave, but ignore them until he threatens you. Anyways, you'll want to run until you run past the pole or the middle of the park entrance. Once you ran past the pole, side step to your left until you're on the side walk and continue running forward. Keep running until you've pass the entrance. Get on the wall and turn the 2nd Guard. Here is a Map Reference if you don't understand this since I'm beginning to lose myself also.... ------------- LEGEND: ------------- P : Pole L : Limo G : Guard ---> : Moving Direction(Against the Wall unless direction tells otherwise) ^^ || | | | | |-> __| | | | | | | | |_____ | G |_ P| | _G_____ | | | | | | L | |__ |--- | | | | | | | | |______________ Anyways, The lines that are a few spaces away from the wall, is the directional path you'll be running. In a result, you'll need to make the guards face West on the Map. From the last point of the arrow that is shown above the Map and after the guards have turned at Western Direction(or near it), run around the park again to the other side until you return back to the corner nearest the Limo. Sneak to the Limo and plant the bomb. If the guards were turned to the western direction, they shouldn't of seen you plant the bomb. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NOTE: Another easy way I found of diverting attention, is to just run on the streets, but head to the arrow point on my ASCII Map above. I noticed that the 1st guard doesn't need any diverting, so just run to that arrow on my Map to divert the attention of hte 2nd Guard. Continue as normal thats in this tactic in planting the bomb. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ PLANTING THE BOMB NOTE: If you're wearing the Lotus Disguise, then all you need to do is approach the limo and plant it. If in the past you were discovered because of planting the bomb, the only explanation I can think of, is that you Syringed the Lotus Guard that was in the back of the Apartments and someone saw his body(like a civilian). By following the above steps and taking the Lotus disguise on the 4th Floor of the Apartments, its a whole lot easier since no one saw you, therefore, planting the bomb shouldn't be too troubling. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Part 3]- Diversion/Blowing up the Limo ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NOTE: Doing this without a disguise, you'll need to make sure that the Lotus guard isn't taking a piss by the sewer in the back of the Apartments. Just go to the back of the apartments and see if he's near the sewer. If you do this while he's there, wait for him to leave. If he goes by there, this will mess you up. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Head back to the Apartment and head up to the 2nd Floor. Go by the door where you first took the bomb equipment. When you open the door, you should see a civilian just standing there. You'll want to get him to run off and snitch on you. Once you open the door, turn around and run backwards into the room and out of the door. This will give you a chance to beat him in a race since you'll want to get out of the Apartment before him. Basically, run backwards in and run forwards out of the Apartment complex. Once you're outside, turn right and head to the back of the Apartment and into the Back Alleyway. For reference, there should be a sewer near by. Anyways, you'll want to be in the back and facing north (East on the Map towards the nearest exit). Sooner or later, someone will snitch and they'll be looking for a Suspicious Bald Person. Just remember, that isn't an alert. Anyways, there is a chance that the Lotus Guards might enter the Apartment complex and to the 2nd Floor since thats where the last suspicious activity was at. Once the message about the Red Dragon Negotiator is fleeing, take out your Bomb Remote and go into the Map. View the Limo and wait for it to drive near the exit. Just note that there will be a 1 second delay the minute you hit the detenator, so on the Map, wait for the Limo to be at the corner before rounding to the Exit Point nearest your location (East of the Map where theres a 2nd Limo with Lotus guards surrounding your exit point). Once its at the Corner, readying to turn, exit Map, and hit the detenator. In about 1 second, it'll already round the corner and blow up, killing all 3 Lotus Guards that surround your exit. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ DISGUISE NOTE: If you took the Lotus Disguise, then its a bit easier. After disrupting the civilian in the apartment, head up to the 5th Floor of the Apartment. Once you're up there, pick the lock of the door thats on the left of you. Afterwards, run inside and grab the Gardener's Disguise thats on the Bed. Go into the Map and wait for the civilian to snitch. The last report, will be the guards looking for a Lotus Guard, which is too bad since you've switch disguises. Your normal suit won't work here since they'll fire at you even though you're not a Lotus. Anyways, once the message about the Negotiator fleeing appears, wait for the Limo he's in to drive to the corner by the exit point on the east of the Map. Take out your Bomb Detenator. When he's about to round that corner, exit out of the Map and trigger the detenator. This will blow not only the negotiator, but the guards by the exit. Just note that there is a 1 second delay after triggering the detenator, so the limo has to be readying to turn that corner to trigger the detenator, or else you can miss a few guards and result in an Alert. Afterwards, head back downstairs and head to the Exit where you blew up the negotiator/guards. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Part 4]- Escape Mission After killing the Negotiator, run straight ahead through the alley, and out into the Streets. Head towards the explosion area since thats where the exit point is at. Just note that you're not in a disguise, so if you hear gunfire or anything shooting at you, its a HUGE possiblity that its just the helicopters firing at you. Just ignore them since they have no impact on your stats and head to the Exit Point. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- This next tactic was kind of constructed by me, but some of the ideas came together by other forum users. Anyways, the part that was kinda constructed by me, was just using the Suit altogether. If you want to use disguises, then I'll note it along this tactic. After you plant the bomb, you MUST switch back to your regular suit disguise. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Part 3]- Diversion and Scaring After planting the bomb, approach the guards and get their attention at you. Try to run around a bit until they look at you. Run by the Limo and get them to chase you. You need both of them to run after you. When they do, get away from the limo until you think you're pretty far from it. After they scold you, get some distance while they chase you until they turn around and return to their regular guarding spot. Get by the corner of the Park Wall a bit so you have a little advantage for this next part. When the 2 guards get by the limo, pull out the Detenator and trigger it. This will kill the 2 guards so that there won't be any dead body reports (If you didn't lure the guards, the guard nearest the Limo usually dies in the explosion, in which, creates a dead body report). After the Limo is exploded, head back as FAST as possible to the Apartment. The Red Dragon Negotiator will head in there also. When you're inside, wait for him to come in and run after him. Take out your wire and wire him. Try to wire him before the 4th Floor to avoid your cover from being blown by the Lotus Guard above. If you Syringed him before, then its no big problem. Anyways, try to wire him when he isn't rounding the corner of the stairs or on the stairs since it might glitch and he won't die (although he looks dead, it glitches). The best solution to this would probably be to pistol whip him while he's running and wait for him to wake up or Syringe him and wait til he wakes up. Then wire him and exit out of the Apartment and to the nearest exit point. ____________________________________________________________________________ \ \ / / \Contract Level 9: \ The Wang Fou Incident /Contract Level 9: / \___________________\________________________________/___________________/ Mission Summary: Your last hit was successful, but it seems that the Triads want to avoid an all out war. Another peace meeting will be held on Red Dragon territory at Wang Fou Restraunt. Your next job, is to take out all of the Blue Lotus Triad Members so that the Red Dragon is to be blamed for all this. Remember, that the restraunt will be heavily guarded, but very dark.... Mission Objectives: ---> Assassinate Blue Lotus Negotiator ---> Assassinate Blue Lotus Triad Member ---> Assassinate Blue Lotus Triad Member ---> Assassinate Blue Lotus Triad Member ---> Assassinate Blue Lotus Triad Member ---> Assassinate Blue Lotus Triad Member ---> Assassinate Blue Lotus Triad Member ---> Escape From Mission [Part 1]- Getting a Disguise When you first begin, check the Map and head to the only sewer hole that is located in the middle of the level. Wait for the Motorcade to arrive and for the Limo Driver to come by the sewer hole to take a piss. Once he's taking a piss, go into sneak mode, take out a handgun, and pistol whip him(go behind him and press the fire button when the crosshairs disappear). One hit should knock him out for the whole level. Afterwards, drag his body down into the sewer hole, and go down the sewer to take his clothing. [Part 2]- Killing the Blue Lotus Members On the right side of the restraunt, there will be a ladder. Check your map, and its the only ladder by the restraunt. Climb up the ladder, and go into sneak mode once you're at the top. Sneak around on the balcony until you see a Red Dragon guard. On your left side, there will be a door you can enter. Pick the lock, enter the room, take the bomb/detenator, ignore the disguise for now, and head back down. Head to the side of the Motorcade, go by the door, select "Plant the Bomb", and head back to the sewer area. This will trigger the Blue Lotus Negotiator to come out and back to the Motorcade. At this point, take out your detenator and wait for the Motorcade to drive off. Check your Map, and when the Motorcade gets by the 2 other Lotus Members, use the detenator to blow up all 5 Lotus Members. [Part 3]- Killing the remaining Lotus Members Go back up to the ladder, sneak back to the room where you obtained the bomb equipment, and take the Red Dragon disguise. Afterwards, go through the door on the north side of this room and into the restraunt. Just to note, only Red Dragon Members have access to this restraunt. If you're in any other disguise, chances are, you'll be shot. Once you're in, head north of the restraunt and into the elevator. Check your Map to find the elevator. Head down to the 1st Floor. Once you're on the 1st Floor, leave this little room, head south, and access the door thats on the left side of the Map. For reference, your next destination, is the front area of where the rest of the Lotus Members are at. Sneak toward a Lotus Member and get him to follow you. When he does, lure him to the left side of the area, by the tables. For reference, the Red Dragon member on the left side is staring at the corner of where you lure him. Once you're at the left side corner, get behind the Lotus and wire him. Since its very dark, the Red Dragon members can not see you. Just try not to wire the Lotus while he is facing the Red Dragon members. Afterwards, drag his carcass to the corner on the left side behind the table, and try to lure the other guard. Make sure you lure him to the middle area, but make sure he doesn't walk out facing the left corner or else you'll get an alert. Lure him to the middle, but not too close to the Red Dragon members, and wire him. Again, If you're facing the Red Dragon members while wiring him, there is a chance they might see, due to the fact that they can see your wire. Afterwards, drag his carcass to the left corner. For a little fun, you can always drag the Lotus in front of the Red Dragon member to see if he'll see the body(which he won't). Just make sure that they're dragged to the left corner or else someone might see the body later on. Example Map: -------------- LEGEND: -------------- < > ^ - Direction To Point When Wiring L - Lotus Member D - Drag Here (both lotus) X - Wire Here R - Red Dragon Member ___________ / \ / \ / \ | L | | L | \ / \ / ____________\__ __/____________ |D >X | | _ _ _ _ | | |_| |_| X |_| |_| |________ | ^ | _ _ _ _ R | |_| |_| |_| |_| ________ | R R | | | | | | | | | [Part 3B]- Alternate Lotus Kill (Thanks to Tom Kitt) If you can sneak inside the dining room from the right side and stick to the wall while sneaking, the Lotus Members MIGHT not notice. If they don't, you can try to wire them from here and they won't notice. [Part 4]- Escaping the Area From this point on, head east from your location(check Map for reference) and go out of the doors. You'll end up on the east side of the restraunt, by the Motorcade. Head to the Exit Point to finish the mission. ____________________________________________________________________________ \ \ / / \Contract Level 10:\ Seafood Massacre /Contract Level 10:/ \___________________\________________________________/___________________/ Mission Summary: After your last hit, it seems war within the Triads seem possible, but the police won't have it. This time, the Police Chief will be stepping in to negotiate a truce. Now you'll have to kill both the Red Dragon/Blue Lotus Negotiator and the Chief of Police. On top of that, leave a Red Dragon Amulet behind. Once this is completed, war within the triads will be very likely, and Lee Hong will finally be within your reach... Mission Objectives: ---> Assassinate the Red Dragon Negotiator ---> Assassinate the Blue Lotus Negotiator ---> Assassinate the Chief of Police ---> Conceal the Red Dragon Negotiator's Body ---> Place Amulet at Restraunt ---> Escape in the Car ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NOTE: The beginning of this level requires total speed to complete the tasks leading up to the death of the Red Dragon Negotiator. After his death, you don't have to worry about anything else. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Part 1]- Getting a Disguise When you begin, turn left, and run straight to the corner. Make another left turn at the building corner and you'll see the Restraunt in front of you. When you get to the next corner, turn left and run across the street to the back of the Restraunt. When you get to the back of the Restraunt, turn right, and you'll see a stairway going down to the Basement. Pick the lock and enter the Basement. When you go inside, run to the door on your right and get the Chef's disguise on the shelf. [Part 2]- Death of the Red Dragon Run back up the stairs and out of the Back of the Restraunt. Turn right and continue running straight. If you check the Map, the Red Dragon is by the sewer hole, taking a piss. Just continue heading straight until you see him. Approach behind him and take a second glance back. Make sure no civlians are near by and wire the Red Dragon. Afterwards, drag his body down the sewer to complete both objectives. Take his Amulet and climb back up. [Part 3]- Poisoning the Drinks Head to the Back of the Restraunt and check your Map. Just across from the stairway to the Basement, lies a sewer hole. If you check the Map, it'll be the Point of Interest. Go down the sewer hole and collect the Rat Poison. Head back up the sewer hole and toward the Basement again. When you're inside, ahead of you will be the gas control. Turn it off and wait for the Chef to come by and fix it. Wait in the room where you got the disguise until he passes you. Afterward, open the door, sneak behind him while he is fixing the gas control, and use a Syringe on him. Take his Chef's Key and go back outside. Go to the Back Entrance of the Restraunt. If you saw the Map, you should know where. Otherwise, when you're at the top of the stairs, turn around, and you'll see a blue van. Approach that van and turn right. You'll see the back entrance to the kitchen. Go inside and poison the drinks. [Part 4]- The Deaths of the Negotiators Now, take the serving tray and check the Map. Wait for the Waiter, too approach the guard in a conversation. For visual reference (for Chinese people), I think he asks him if he wants any beer. Otherwise, just check the Map. Sneak out the door, and sneak to right side, toward the stairway. If the guard comes gets up to follow you, just ignore him and go up the stairway. Approach the Police and Lotus Guard, and serve the drinks. Walk away, behind a wall and adjust the camera. Watch them die and place the amulet on the table. Afterward, wait for the Bartender downstairs to get behind the counter. Sneak around the corner so you can avoid him from seeing you. Avoid the Cop and out the back door. [Part 5]- Escaping the Mission Check the Map and run to your car/alternate exit points. Mission accomplished. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- This tactic is a quick speed run. Basically, disregard as much as you can since chances are, you might not be caught or alerts might not come up, but just be careful. Remember, this tactic isn't all the way fool proof, but you can finish this level within less than 3 minutes. Be VERY Quick and disregard as much as you can. Ignore all crying civilians also. [Part 1]- Kill the Blue Lotus WHen you begin this level, drop your suitcase, turn around, round the corner, and head north, passing the restraunt. Keep running up until you see the Blue Lotus. Quickly get behind him, pull out your wire, and wire him, Disregard any warning messages you get and leave him there after killing him. If any civilians see and start running around, ignore them. [Part 2]- Kill the Red Dragon After killing the Blue Lotus, head east towards the the location of the Red Dragon. The quickest way is to cut through the alley way and through the back of the restraunt towards the east side of the level (north sewer on the Map). You should still see the Red Dragon still walking if you haven't hesitated and did this as fast as possible. Quickly get behind him and wire him. Disregard any civilians around since at this time, it shouldn't matter much. Ignore any warning messages and drag his dead corpse towards the sewer. For quick efficiency, make sure you grab the amulet and his disguise first before dragging him. Dump him down the sewer and turn back around. [Part 3]- Killing the Police Chief After killing the Red Dragon, turn back around and towards the front of the restraunt. From my experience, you might start getting alerts here, so I recommend running on the streets to avoid the "Blown Cover" message. Restart the level if you get any alerts and try it again. Run toward the front door and let the cops frisk you and take your weapons. There will be a short pause in the game, so wait a bit. Afterwards, head inside and up the stairs. If you were very quick, its a possibility that the Police Chief will still be on the first floor. Follow him up and wire him on the 2nd floor. If you want to be risky, try wiring him on the stairs on the top to quickly kill him. If he's not on the first floor, quickly run up the stairs and wire him. If he is sitting on the chair, let him talk to you and wire him while he's still by his chair. After killing him, place the amulet on the table, run downstairs, head out the front door, and towards the exit. If you did this without hesitation, you should get a time to around under 2 minutes and 5 seconds (the record on hitmanforum.com). *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- This tactic is a Suit Challenge. With this tactic, you can complete this level without ever switching disguises and finish in your basic suit. You will have to move fast at the beginning steps to complete this effieciently. [Part 1]- The Setup When you begin, drop your suitcase, turn around, and round the corner. You should be able to see the Restraunt in front of you. Turn left at the next corner and you should be able to see a back alleyway to the restraunt that's across the street on your right. Go behind the restraunt and unlock the back door. Afterwards, run back to the same area you came in and you should see a stairway leading down to the Basement. Unlock the door down there. Afterwards, head inside and sabotage the Gas Controls that are inside. Run back outside and head up the stairs. [Part 2]- Killing the Red Dragon Head out of the alleyway and turn right. Your next destination is the sewer hole. It's the sewer hole thats on the north side on the Map. You should be able to see the Red Dragon getting ready to take a piss or is already taking a piss. If you're paranoid, quickly take a look around and wire him, otherwise, disregard anybody around and quickly wire him. Afterwards, drag his body down the sewer and take his amulet. [Part 3]- Killing the Negotiators/Exit After killing the Dragon, head back to the alleyway. Right when you enter through the entrance of the alley, on your left, there should be a sewer hole. Drop down that sewer and take the Rat Poison. Head back up and head to the back of the restraunt and you should see 2 police guards staring at the back entrance. Run past those 2 guards to direct their attention away from the back entrance and head out of the back alley. Afterwards, head to the front of the restraunt and back into the alleyway again. Once you get by the van, start sneaking and head to the back entrance doorway. Enter inside the back of the restraunt and you should be in the kitchen. Shut the door behind you and plant the poison. Also, you can plant the Amulet on the tray by taking out the amulet and selecting that action. Head towards the window. Make sure you crouch to avoid the Bartender and the police guard from following you inside to make things a bit frustrating. Place the tray on the window and get away from the window, but as close to the Kitchen bell so that the Bartender can't see you. Ring the Kitchen bell and wait for the Bartender to get the tray. From this point on, just head to the nearest exit, waiting for the Chief of Police to die and the Lotus Negotiator. Mission Complete. ____________________________________________________________________________ \ \ / / \Contract Level 11:\ Lee Hong Assassination /Contract Level 11:/ \___________________\________________________________/___________________/ Mission Summary: Finally, access too Lee Hong is achievable. His security has gone down, but he still has his trusty bodyguard, Zun. He is very strong and always stays by Lee Hong's side, tastes his food first, and anything to insure Lee Hong lives. If you can get past Zun, then killing Lee Hong isn't too hard, as long as he doesn't see into you. He has a Poisonous sword that is believed to kill with 1 touch of the blade. Tread cautiously.... Mission Objecitves: ---> Assassinate Triad Leader (Lee Hong) ---> Obtain Jade Figurine ---> Escape from the Area [Part 1]- Getting the Safe Combination Remember Wang Fou Incident? This is the same exact level. Head inside the front door of the Restraunt. When you enter the front door, turn left and head to the brown double doors. This will lead into the Bar. Approach the Bartender (Point of Interest), and talk to him. After the conversation, he will run off to the bathroom. Collect the Brothel Invite and check on your left side of the counter. Behind the counter on the wine shelf, is a Laxative. Collect it, and head back to the Front Room. Turn left (North on the Map), toward the guards standing by the doorway. They will invite you in if you have a Brothel Invite. Follow one of the guards to the Brothel. When you get to the bridge, thats when the guard stops escorting you. Cross the bridge and approach the 2 Red Dragon members. After they invite you, talk to this funny old lady. After the conversation, follow her and meet Mei Ling. If you understand some chinese, the conversation is kinda funny. After they talk, Mei Ling will invite you to her room. Follow her and initiate in another conversation. After the conversation, head through the back door that is in front of you. You'll end up on the Balcony. Turn left and follow around the Balcony until you get to a dead end. FYI, once you're at the dead end, you can get the vial of poison in the room on your left, on top of the safe. Anyways, at the dead end, jump the balcony. Once you've made it, get to the edge. Mei Ling won't make it, but if you're at the edge, you can save her from falling down. If she falls down, she dies, and your only hope for the combo, is from Lee Hong himself. Anyways, once you're on the other side, keep running along the balcony until you see the bridge on your right. Stop right here. Go into sneak mode and sneak by and get on the bridge. Stay as close to the side railing as possible. If you run, they'll see Mei Ling run also, resulting in a shootout. Go through the double doors that are in front of you. When you go through the double doors, go through the gap between the boxes, slip past the guard, and head downstairs. Turn right a bit and hide behind the crates to surveilance the wandering Red Dragon guard if he's down here. Check the Map out, and wait for him to wander away from the door thats on the upper left corner. When you make sure he's in this room and has wandered off, head out of the crates going north, and to the double doors on your left. The exit is just the Big Double Gray Doors. Initiate the good bye scene and turn back around. [Part 2]- Getting a Disguise When you turn back around, facing the door you just entered, go to the side of the recycle bins on your left. Wait for the Red Dragon member too pass by. Sneak out of the recycle bins and follow him. When he gets to the door, continue sneaking behind him and use a Syringe on him. Take his Red Dragon clothes. Go back inside the compound and head down the stairs that are on your left side when you walk in. [Part 3]- Finding the Jade Figurine When you head all the way down, go inside the single door thats across from you. Check the Map and get an idea of this area since we'll be coming back to it for another disguise. Check the Map and find the Point of Interest in the Basement level. Head through the Basement, avoid any physical contact with the Red Dragon members, and head to the Point of Interest. In there, you'll find the tortured agent. He'll provide you the safe locations, which are random at times, but its usually on the 2nd Floor of the Mansion. If you're playing on Normal Difficulty, the location should appear on the Map (Point of Interest). FYI, there are 4 safe locations. -------------------------- 2nd Floor Mansion Safe -------------------------- After you get the info you need, head back out, and continue through the Basement. Keep going until you get to the elevator at the dead end. Use that elevator to access Lee Hong's Mansion. Once you're at his mansion, there will be a lot of Red Dragon guards, but just avoid physical contact with them, and you'll be fine. Head to the stairway on the west side of the Map and go to the 2nd Floor of the Mansion. Find the Point of Interest and open up the safe. There is a patrolling guard in here, so make sure he doesn't see you open the safe, and obtaining the figurine. -------------------------------------- Guards Quarters Near Entrance Safe -------------------------------------- If you remember the Wang Fou Incident, its the same location on where you obtained the bomb. Basically, head out of the restraunt, turn left and find the ladder on the side of the restraunt. Climb up it and traverse through the balcony until you see the first door on your right. Pick the lock and enter it. The Figurine is in that safe. ------------------------------ Basement Weapons Depo Safe ------------------------------ Its a bit hard to describe, but I'll try. After saving the Agent, turn left and follow down the path until you get to the door. Once you're in the next hallway, traverse through this hallway until you get to the door down the hallway. Open the door, passing the 2 guards until you see a single door on your left by the double doors. In here, you'll be in the Weapons Depot full of weapons. Turn left and you'll see another single door. Go through it and the safe is in there. If you want, you can follow the agent while he's running and he'll lead you to the Weapons depot. Just make a right turn into the single door and into the Safe room. ---------------- Brothel Safe ---------------- Get out of the Basement and return back to the First Floor the way you first came in the Basement. Go back up the stairs to the First Floor and in front of you, will be stairs leading to the 2nd Floor. Go up it and continue on the double doors ahead to get to the Brothel Bridge area. Also note, that if you're not in a disguise, you're cover will be blown immediately. Walk to the other side of the bridge and turn left. You'll see the path to the balcony in which you used earlier to escape with Mei Ling. Head along the bridge until you get to a dead end. Jump to the other side of the balcony and turn right once you're on the other side. This is the room that contains the safe to the Figurine. Its also the same room where the Poison was at. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ AGENT NOTE: Make sure you talk to the agent before obtaining the Jade Figurine. There might be a chance that it could be at a different location (its usually on the 2nd Floor of the Mansion for me). The tortured agent will fill you in on the details of the correct safe to look for. This is very important if you're playing on the Professional Difficulty. On the Normal Difficulty, just check the Map for the location. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Part 4]- Killing Lee Hong Head back down to the Basement Level. Remember the room earlier that I mentioned earlier to get an idea of? Head back to that room. On the Map, its the lower left corner, by the stairway. Once you get back there, through the curtains, is a Chef's disguise. If you looked down earlier, you would of seen a Guard's disguise. Across from the curtains is the Chef's disguise. Anyways, take this disguise, head back up stairs to the first floor, and head to the Point of Interest on the upper right corner of the Map (First Floor Restraunt). This is the Kitchen. Approach the counter, and on the right, you'll see a soup bowl. Put the Laxative in, disregarding the other Chef's, and head to the Dining Room where Lee Hong is at (Check Map for location. Its the same area where you killed the 2 Lotus at Level 9). Approach the table and serve it. Zun will taste the the soup and rush to the bathroom. Afterwards, wire Lee Hong, run out the curtains, run out the front door, and to the Exit Point. If you're quick, you can make it back before Zun sees Lee Hong's dead corpse. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NOTE: If you want to be a bit more cautious, you can drag Lee Hong's body to the other side of the table. Make sure its directly across from Zun's chair or else Zun might find him. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ____________________________________________________________________________ \ \ / / \Contract Level 12:\ Hunter and Hunted /Contract Level 12:/ \___________________\________________________________/___________________/ Mission Summary: The only level left, is escaping out your Hotel room. On top of this, you have 1 target left to take out, and teams of SWAT are after you. Get past the SWAT team, passed all the police, and take out the inspector. If you can do all this, you'll just have to escape the gang of SWAT teams and police. Think you can really handle the pressure.... Mission Objectives: ---> Assassinate Inspector Albert Fournier ---> Assassinate Ambassador Richard Delahunt (Completed) ---> Assassinate Tenor Philippe Berceluse (Completed) ---> Escape to DeGaulle Airport [Part 1]- Getting a Disguise When you begin, QUICKLY, run out the door on your left to leave your hotel room. When you're out in the hallway, QUICKLY, run to the first hotel room on your right, down the hallway. Once inside, head the back door to the balcony, and jump to the other side. Once you're on the roof, turn left and jump back to the balcony on the left side. Once you're back in this hotel room, you should be in the hotel room, behind the SWAT team thats in place. Sneak out and turn off the light switch (Check Map for symbol). A couple of SWAT guards will walk up the stairs and turn back on the lights. [Part 1B]- *Alternate Method for Turning Light Off Switch* (thanks to Lugez) If you're quick enough, you can run down the hallway with the light switch and run into the hotel room on your left when you passed the stairway. Then the SWAT will run in and they'll already have their backs turned on you. Just note that if you weren't fast enough, a SWAT guard might've seen you and follow you in. From this point on, you can sneak past the SWAT team and turn off the lights. Maneuver to the side and run past them. Head for the stairs on your right and head to the 2nd Floor. Once you're on the 2nd Floor, turn right from the stairs, and follow along the hallway path until you see a guard. Sneak behind him and Syringe him. On the left side of you (after Syringing the guard), will be a door. Unlock it and drag him inside. Drag him on the other side of the bed and take his clothes. On the right side of the bed, there is a Syringe to take. Run back to the stairway and head downstairs. Turn left and run past the SWAT team, and head outside of the Complex. [Part 1C]- *Alternate Roof Escape* (thanks to Rengat) Quickly run out of the Hotel room and enter the first Hotel room door on your right. Head towards the balcony and jump across to the roof top. Once you're on the roof, head north towards the grates on the east(right) side of the roof. Once you're near the end, when you look down, there should be an opening drop. Stick very close to the roof so you can walk on the tiny ledge and get on the corner of the roof. Try to look off the ledge to view the guard. When the guard rounds the corner, drop down to the dumpster. You should only take minimum damage, but not enough to get hurt, regardless of any difficulty. Once you've dropped down, turn back around and run around the corner, passing the sewer. Once you've round the corner and passed the sewer, run straight ahead towards the secondary alley way. Once you get to the end and turn left, you should see a Fireman. Skip down to Part 2 to see what to do next when you see the Fireman. Remember, you don't have a disguise now, so if you screw up by startling the Fireman, you can stay in the Alley way and wait for the Police guards to round the corners and head to one of them. Syringe one, drag him to the Alley way you were at and leave him there. Take his disguise and follow this guide to finish the level as normal. Remember, using a police disguise will easily attract other police guards and attract easier suspicion. [Part 2]- Getting Disguise #2 Once you're outside in the streets, keep distant from the police. With the current disguise you have on, running too much or in front of them, or any other suspicious acts, will cause your cover to be blown. As for the SWAT teams out here, don't worry about them too much since its only the police guards with hats (same disguise as you) are the worry. Once you're outside of the Hotel building, turn left and head toward the sewer hole, behind the wall up ahead. Avoid the police guard also. Once you're down in the Sewer Tunnel, head across the bridge, and go up the only sewer hole thats located on the west side of the Tunnel. Go about 3/4 the way up and check your Map. Check the Streets section on the West side of the Street area for a sewer hole. Wait for the patrolling guards to pass that hole and climb up. When you're up out of the hole, turn right and run down the alley. Keep running until you get to the dead end. On the left side, turn left and head down the short alley path until you see a Fireman. Sneak up to his side. He usually shouldn't see you from this side, so take out a pistol and pistol whip him. Ignore the civilians from the back stage and drag him back to the short alley. Wait for him to wake up, get behind him, go into sneak mode, and Syringe him. Take his clothes and PM Car Key. If you startled the Fireman, don't worry about, just head to the Fournier like normal. Make sure you avoid all the cops that look like you since they get more suspicious of you than the SWAT guards. Use the method below to get to the Fournier easily. [Part 3]- Killing the Fournier Once you're in the Fireman's disguise, go ahead and roam around. In this disguise, you're almost pratically free to roam around without causing a lot of suspicion. Head back near the first sewer hole you arrived at and go around the back alley. Check the Map for reference. Mainly, you want to go in the alley, and behind the Fournier. The only ones staring at the Fournier that are part of this mission, are the 2 SWAT guards behind him. Try to direct there attention behind so they're not staring at him, by running past the SWAT guards. Sneak in between the SWAT guards so they don't re-direct their attention. If you ran in front of the Fournier, there would've been a chance you could of disrupted the SWAT team in front. When the 2 SWAT guards are staring away from the Fournier, sneak behind him and wire him. Take his Megaphone if you want (doesn't do anything though), and head for the Exit on the North Side of the Map. Go inside the Ambulance and speed on off..... [Part 3B]- Althernate Escape This is only necessary if you startled the Fireman. After killing the Fournier, sneak past the police van so you don't startle any other SWAT groups and head toward the west path when you get to the intersection. You'll see 3 cops that wear the same uniform as you. There will be 2 on the left and 1 patrolling left and right. Wait for the patrolling guard to head left and slip by the police car on the right side to avoid any suspiscion. Congrats on finishing the level. Enjoy the Ending..... Congratulations, you've just obtained All Zero S.A. Ratings. Same purpose as the single version except these 2 babies can prove a bit worthy in a fire fight or if you want to get the job done by clearing an area a bit faster. 14 rounds each gun, not much can go wrong =). -- Caliber: .45 ACP -- Concealable: Yes -- Location: The Bjarkhov Bomb: Obtain a Silent Assassin Rating. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Weapon Name: CZ2000 -- Description: A very tiny pistol, but it can still pack a punch. This weapon is probably best used in a fire fight situation as a backup weapon when you've ran out of bullets since this gun has a clip capacity of 15 rounds, but doesn't do too much damage. -- Caliber: 9MM -- Concealable: Yes -- Location: Asylum Aftermath: Basement Level, various areas on the floor in the hallways. There is one sitting on the table near the elevator leading to the upper floors. The Meat King's Party: Various Guards are carrying this pistol. The Bjarkhov Bomb: Carried by Fabian Fuchs. Rendezvous in Rotterdam: Basement Level, Shootout range inside lockers. Also carried by various bikers. The Seafood Massacre: Carried by various police guards. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Weapon Name: CZ2000 Dual -- Description: 2 very tiny pistols. Another couple of backup weapons. 30 rounds in both pistols that can help clear the path. -- Caliber: 9MM -- Concealable: Yes -- Location: Asylum Aftermath: Obtain a Silent Assassin Rating. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Weapon Name: SG220 SD. -- Description: For harder difficulties, if you're still used to using guns as a handicap for getting a Silent Assassin Rating, this gun can prove useful since you won't be using the Silverballer(s) SD. Just like the Ballers SD, it ranges with the same clip capcity of 7, but are in some crappy locations. -- Caliber: 9MM -- Concealable: Yes -- Location: The Bjarkhov Bomb: On Commander Bjarkhov's desk in his room. Traditions of the Trade: In Franz Fuch's room on the table in the back of the room. The Seafood Massacre: Carried by the Red Dragon Negotiator. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Weapon Name: SG220 SD. Dual -- Description: The Dual form of the basic SG220 SD. Same purpose as the single, just more useful in a fire fight. This gun can carry up to a clip capacity of 14 for each gun. -- Caliber: 9MM -- Concealable: Yes -- Location: Traditions of the Trade: Obtain a Silent Assassin Rating. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Weapon Name: GK 17 -- Description: A basic glock that is carried by various guards. You will see this gun a lot in this game, so don't worry too much about it. Just a slight better than the CZ2000 by clip capacity, there isn't too much differences for damage. The clip capacity on this gun is 17 rounds. -- Caliber: 9MM -- Concealable: Yes -- Location: Beldingford Manor: All the Indoor guards and various Outdoor guards. Deadly Cargo: Carried by various police guards. Traditions of the Trade: Carried by various police guards. Slaying a Dragon: Carried by various Blue Lotus guards. The Seafood Massacre: Carried by various police guards. Hunter and Hunted: Carried by various police guards. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Weapon Name: GK 17 Dual -- Description: Two basic glocks. Just like the single, the double will always be better since 34 rounds in both weapons is better than 17 rounds in 1 weapon. Have fun.... -- Caliber: 9MM -- Concealable: Yes -- Location: The Seafood Massacre: Obtain a Silent Assassin Rating. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--== <>--<> 6) Secrets/Codes/Unlockables <>--<> ==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--== This section is self explanatory. First I'll start off listing the secrets of the game, then the codes, then the unlockables. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <***> SECRETS <***> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---[Hidden Ghost]--- In Level 7: Traditions of the Trade, head to the West Wing on the first floor when you first enter the Hotel. Once you're at the West Wing, you should see a forbidden access door that has a sign on it. Unlock it when the patrolling police isn't around, and enter the Dark Hallway. You can find the Hidden Ghost around this hallway and inside any of the hotel rooms in the Dark Hallway. Check the mirrors in First Person View inside the rooms to get a better view of the ghost. You can shoot him if you'd like and see some blood gush out. ---[Mystery Tube]--- At the Training Mode, enter the Level Skip Code (check codes section for the code). You'll automatically get the Tube from getting an automatic Silent Assassin Rating also. Save the game and head back to the Main Menu. Select "Start Game" and "Current Game", to access the level select/weapon select screen. You'll see the Tube Weapon in the Close Combat category. Select it. When you access the mission, you won't see it in your inventory for some reason. Nothing really special since you can't really use it, but there has been some known fact that the game might freeze (although it hasn't happened to me), I would advise to quit the game afterwards. If you've obtained Ort Meyer's Keycard, this code should duplicate the cards in the level: "Asylum Aftermath". ---[All Weapons in Training Mode]--- At the Training Mode, during game play, enter the Level Skip code. Save your current game and exit to the Main Menu. Select the Training Mode again and you should see all the weapons in your stock in the Training Mode. Of course, its ONLY for the Training Mode. ---[Coming Back to Life]--- When you die, there will be a black and white death sequence. If you were able to commit at least 4 consecutive head shots on 4 different guards during the sequence, you will be able to resume what you were doing with a small amount of health. ---[Alternate Invincibility]--- I guess I could call this an alternate invincibility trick since there is no code input nor does it work when you're actually playing. Just hit L1 to pop up the Map. When someone shoots at you while your Map is up, you'll be able to sustain the damage and not get hurt until you take off the Map. This does NOT work on the Professional Difficulty. ---[Beginning Trailer Cutscene]--- If you want to view the trailer that was released when Hitman: Contracts was still announced, just leave the game idle for about a minute or two at the Main Menu Screen. After a while, the trailer scene will ensue. ---[Temporary Shadow Man]--- Although its temporary, its still useful in some ways. In Deadly Cargo, head to the last Warehouse nearest Sewer in the Ship Area. If you head into the door on the North of the Warehouse, when you step in between the doorway, you'll see 47 turning into a Shadow. When you walk back out, you'll be a shadow figure until you pass the Warehouse. If you don't pass the Warehouse, he'll stay a Shadow for the whole game. Once you're in Shadow Mode, no one can see you. I think you can get the Target to walk by that area, but I don't remember how, but anyways, a guard usually patrols near that area, so make some use of the Shadow. ---[Knocked Out Negotiator]--- Its actually more of a glitch and has no use unless you can have a sharp close combat weapon with you. In the bombing tactics I have in this guide, after you scare him off and chase him, you can wire him. If you wire him on the stairs, it'll do a Fast Wire action and he'll "disappear". Although you can see him, I don't think any guards can see him, but I'm not sure. Anyways, he doesn't seem to be dead, so your mission won't be completed, but he just lays there. Anyways, I doubt he'll wake up since he was wired, so its a restarted mission once this happens. Check the tactic for solutions. ---[More Ammo Than It Seems]--- To do this, carry a gun that is unconcealable (i.e. Sniper Rifles). Afterwards, unholster a gun that can also be carried while holding the unconcealable weapon (i.e. Pistol Guns). Now the ammo count should be dividend by 4. Example: Carrying M60 Rifle with 400 Rounds of Ammo. Equipping a weapon that can be held while carrying the M60 will increase by the dividend of 4. If that weapon that you're holding now has 90 rounds, you should then have 190 rounds. The Math: 400 divided by 4= 100 plus current rounds of the current weapon you're carrying. The downfall of this trick, is that it seems you have more ammo, but you still have the same amount of rounds that you're current gun had. Example: If your gun had 90 rounds and you had it increased to 190, you can only use the regular 90 rounds. ---[Infinite Ammo Stockup]--- This is pretty random, but with some of the ammo that lies around, you can stock up infinitly on them. Basically, when you approach an ammo case and start collecting it. Sometimes, it will stop collecting, but you can still see the ammo case. If you do, then it means that you can use that ammo case to stock up on it. ---[Gun's Listed Wrong in Weapon Inventory]--- More of a glitch in the game, the SPAS 12 is listed under the Rifle's Section and the M50 Light Machine Gun is listed under the Rifle's Section also when they should be listed under the Shotgun's Section and the Machine Gun's section. ---[The Hanging Undead]--- In order for this to work you must knock out the target you want to hang and NOT kill him. If you're out of Syringes, then use the pistol whip. Drag the target to the platform by the Hook Controls and stop the rail when an empty hook is in front of you. Get on the platform along with the dragged body. Make sure you're still dragging him and select hang on Meat Hook. Check the Map and you'll still see him as alive. If you want to hide the body, head to the Derail controls on the Northeast side of your position(the Start/Stop controls). After starting the rail again, head over to the Derail controls and select Derail. From that point on, all the bodies will come in from the Main spin and head over to a hidden position for derailing. At that point, the body should be hidden. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <***> CODES <***> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---[Level Select]--- Enter code at the Main Menu: Square, Triangle, Circle, Left, Up, Right, L2, R2 ---[Level Skip]--- Enter code during game play: R2, L2, Up, Down, X, L3, Circle, X, Circle, X ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <***> UNLOCKABLES <***> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---[Mini Gun/Dual Golden Desert Eagles]--- At Level 9: The Wang Fou Incident, head to the 2nd Floor of the Mansion and check Lee Hong's desk. There will be a keycard. Continue and finish the level and save the game. Go back to the Main Menu and select Level 1: Asylum Aftermath. For the Mini Gun, head to the 3rd Area of the Basement, and you should be at the Bar Code Scanner (has 2 foot steps on the floor and has a needle scanner). Check closed glass door and open it. With the Keycard, it should open automatically. Find a Patient with a Mini Gun and knock him out and take his Mini Gun. For the Dual Eagles, head along the hallways until you get to the area where there are stairs leading down. Go down those stairs and you should be able to see the Dual Eagles through the glass on the doors. Open it up and grab them from the floor. Complete the Level to add the guns to your collection. ==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--== <>--<> 7) Contact Info <>--<> ==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--==--== If you would like to contact me about anything on this game, E-Mail me at: Hell[underscore]Fire185[at]hotmail[dot]com You may E-Mail me about anything about this game thats NOT In this FAQ.
