ATTN: People with sleep problems

I am recently waking up earlier than i should be. Usually i would wake up at ten am but now its been becoming early. Like 8 am or even 7 am. I sleep the same time at night always and i have not chAnged my mattress or anything lile that. Oddly when i sleep on the floor it feels better for me. please pet me
