I was looking through these one at a time, and thought where is good ol Sephiroth.
And here he is here. Have to go for him, he was and still is the most recognisable bad guy in video games, people even had a soft spot for him when they found out his story.
Trying to destroy a planet with a big ass meteor so he could absorb the planets life energy, now that is bad ass.

Venom and Sephiroth are both great, and one of my childhood favorites was Mojo Jojo. This one had to go to Scarecrow though.

I went with Dr. Octopus. I watched a lot of the Spiderman cartoon when I was a kid and I always thought Octopus was one of the coolest baddies around.
