Someone suggested a "Best Villain" poll in my Batman topic so I figure why the hell not?
This one will work a bit differently though. For this topic I'll be taking nominations. So for the next 24 hours people can nominate a villain for the competition.
I haven't decided how many villains will qualify, I'll decide based on the number of posts I get.

Serpentor. Screw Cobra Commander. Serpentor was created from the DNA of the greatest conquerors of history. And a snake.
