General Discussions

Why do the boards seem dead? there is only a post every 30 minutes or so on general discussions usually. But there are lots of members on when I log in. Its just kinda boring.

It's been like this for a while. Most of the members that come her just come for trainers and not for the actual boards. Most of the actual board posters don't come that often.

Also this is better suited to OTD.

Not everyone uses General Discussions. Most members stick to game specific boards or just come for trainers. There's also only a minority of those that use the social boards that post here, despite this being the first social board.

If it bothers you, make some discussions.

@R_A: Not everything belongs on OTD. This isn't a spam topic or a forum game, why can't it be here? The mentality that "everything not serious belongs on OTD" it why GD isn't fun anymore.

Im just saying it seems empty.

Well there's been thousands of topics like these, all of them in OTD, so I just figured.

Well done, Captain Obvious.

Like I said, make some topics and people will be more inclined to post. GD used to be a lot more popular, but the quality of topics and people's posts has decreased dramatically.

So what do you think would be a good one?

Something debatable gnereally is what captures most peoples attention here, post on some world news issues or something like that, people like to discuss things like that.
