sometimes when i talk with people who give/deliver quest to sometimes jump the talk/speach, its driving me nuts... any of you know what i can do so i can play the game without it jumps some talks?

Lower your graphic settings. I had the same problem and lowering them worked. Also, try and bind the talk function from "F" to another key.
