The film relies on shock value but other than that it's pretty boring. The ending is brutal for 1 of the characters though, can you guess who?

Trust is a fragile thing. Once trust is lost, it can be impossible to recover. Those we're closest to can betray us,and total strangers can come to our rescue. In the end, most people decide to trust only themselves. It really is the simplest way to keep from getting burned.

It's actually a parody of the movie, based on the arcade game "Centipede".

The movie would actually be a lot cooler if it were based on the game.
