I am sure that a lot of you guys saw the news in the past two days.

I think the irony of the situation is that he was heading to the Katyn Memorial, where on April 7, 1940 about 15 000 Polish officers were shot dead by the NKVD.

I thought this was going to be more of a tribute to his life.

Thanks for pointing out the mild irony in his death......

not only President but also His Wife['], Senators['], other Politic['], Army Commanders['], Priests[']

You know we have a yearly Topolov plain crash here? It's a tradition that once a while a Russian place should drop off the sky and make news.
The Irony(as your fav part)it's always the pilots fault!

I think that pointing out the irony in a situation like this is kind of cruel.

Well one should never trust Russian technology, its always third grade. I wonder why India bought 16 nuclear reactors from them!

Due to Political crisis with west and huge pile of sanction papers that raining our politician's desk what else could be expected?
And of course it seems Russian counter part is not that man of "honor" so.

And something to add to that Irony. Travel Agencies now added "fly with Airbus" or "Yes! it's a Boeing" to their ads in dailies.

Kind of off-topic: My great uncle works for boeing.

On-Topic: This is a tragic accident that I think should be deeply investigated to get to the bottom of what really happened.If this was some kind of attack then we need to figure out who and why.
