Yeah, I haven't defragmented my HDD since I got my computer. Plus I've also fixed the Diagnostics problem, though it detected bad sectors and I will be fixing it tomorrow.
Detecting bad sectors is a sign of imminent disk failure. I'd start backing up your stuff ASAP and get ready to replace your HDD at anytime.

I've finished making back-ups. And yeah, I've shaved off my gaming budget to buy a spanking new 1 TB HDD... Damn my sister for not properly shutting down the computer.
