...I have submitted a +10 trainer for the 1.0 version of the game. The options are one-sided, so you won't have enemies getting unlimited health when you activate "Unlimited Health".

I recommend you use the Myty_Mo No CD Fix.

And yes, don't forget to rename the executable to "gta3.exe" (Without quotes, and ignore the .exe if you have "Hit known extentions" turned off).
