Its really easy.

Step 1: Go to - C:\Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA MANAGER 10\private_items\house.txt <-- Create a backup of this file.
Step 2: Edit the 'house.txt' file like this:
Original line below:
Palace,Palais,Schloss,Palacio,Palazzo,Pałac,12000000,palace.bmp,2005

Edited line:
Palace,Palais,Schloss,Palacio,Palazzo,Pałac,-712000000,palace.bmp,2005

Save the file.



Step 3: In the game, go to "Career" then "Private Life", then "House". Buy the house that was modified (for example, the Palace) and you will gain that amount of money instead of losing it (in this case you will gain 712,000,000 $).

Then go to "Career" and donate money to club. If you 'bought' the Palace 3 times you'll have just over 2.1 Billion $ to donate.



Step 4: Remember that selling the house will put your bank balance in the Red, -712,000,000 so before doing that simply save your game, exit the game, replace the edited "house.txt" file with the backup you made of the original.

Now you can sell the 'palace' for the original 12,000,000 that it cost and your club will have over 2bn $.

And I just realized that someone else figured out the same thing with editing the cost of the car in another thread.. oh well...

This isn't correct... You can't sell the palace at a differente value, because the game (at most in the last version, 2.0.0.7) record the price in the savegame and not in the .txt files...

BUT, there is a different way... Houses and cars can be sold only at 90% of the original price (the building decrease in value), and it work non only for positive, but also for negative value (so it "increase" in value).

If you buy a 1.000.000 house, you can sell it for 900.000 (you have a -100.000 difference), but if you buy at -1.000.000 and sell for -900.000, you gain 100.000...

It is correct, you simply have to do it before starting a game. This most likely won't affect an already saved game (I didn't test it, but I will).

But this money fix does work if you do it before starting your game. Try it.

I did the same and it worked. Now i have fifa manager 11 and the same thing with the cars or luxury edited works but there is no button for donating money to club or taking away from it. I am confused because at first there was the donate-money thing now it is gone..

when you go to save the file, it wont let me, because it says its a 'Read Me' only file. i have even tried changing the 'encoding' type to Unicode... it says i cant save it on that file path...

Help Me! lol
