I know what I am goin to say might be bad for business but it might strike some sense into some people. I use to run a free service where I would train people to use certain software. It had a forums, group chat and schedule system. I use to get the same thing all the time when a new update would come out and I wouldnt cover it. Personally I use to ban those people or make something in the ToS where harassing staff will cause revoking their membership.

Now I know its possibly bad for business but its an opinion, everyone has one.

In all these years of my membership there was not a single trainer release i would have even considered to ask for a refund because it didn't work for me as stated.

We talk games here and no one should comply about the service you guys provide for us lazy gamers.

Good for health, bad for education.

Perhaps increase the price of your yearly subs OR start requiring monthly subs. I can understand the need of retiring certain games and trainers because of them being unpopular or just dealing with continuous patches, but popular and well played games should be given some extra consideration.

Also - if you went monthly - I would gladly pay 15 or 20 a month if you un-retired games that people still love (GTA, Sims, etc..) And think of all the extra cash you guys would have I don't think it would be feasible to unretire EVERY game you guys have, but just the ones that were popular or considered great, perhaps start a voting thread?

Perhaps you can consider adding in the A La Carte options for single users! E.g. 1 guy wants a trainer for a game and odds are that 1 guy will be the only one using it, in this scenario I would give the option to purchase the trainer, but do it for a price that is worth it for the staff. For some rare games I'd be willing to pay 80-100 dollars per single trainer, and maybe 3-500 bucks to pay for the next 10 patches if they choose that option. I would be using this option a lot. Plus you can offer those to the rest of the site once made making the site more valuable because maybe a few other people would like those trainers as well!

I appreciate the hard work you guys do, and I think you should be paid for it. Nothing wrong asking for a little extra compensation to give out some service people are begging for If those prices are not enough I'd be glad to hear what you think single trainers are worth, or a 10 patch option for people who want an unpopular game. You'd be surprised how much I'd be willing to pay!
