    Alright, I finally got it working after two game file verifications and a second download of the trainer. JokR, persevere and you may find success. Thanks again PW for your efforts!

    Also! Make sure you download the right trainer. I downloaded the Steam trainer, started the game, hit F1 and it crashed. Did a few more times and then realized I didn't have the Steam version of the game. I have the retail version. Downloaded the retail trainer and it works perfectly. I'm just so used to buying games on Steam I didn't think about it.

    Make it work only after starting the trainer under "administrator" rights in compatibility with Win XP SP2 mode.... Sounds weird, but the only way trainer works without crashes....

    Do all steps listed in this topic:
    - check game file integrity;
    - run trainer under administrator rights;
    - try running trainer under "XP compatibility" mode (if you have Vista or Windows 7);
    - try another version of the trainer (use retail version if you have steam and vise versa).

    If nothing helps - try to use fair play
