Can just about anyone sign up to become a trainer seller on this new and if so then will there be a system in place to insure that all such trainers are in working order before they are sold to public and that the seller isn't commiting fraud?

Yes, each new author will be screened before being allowed to sell.

What does this mean for Cheat Happens? NOTHING! Cheat Happens will continue producing exclusive content no different than before. CheatScapes is an online store and Cheat Happens will be a vendor in that store, nothing more. Rest assured that your Cheat Happens membership will not change and neither will the content that we produce.
