    Hey guys,

I started out with this game as a very good character, now im starting to wonder whether or not i should be good or evil. Any advice would be helpful.

I prefer good as I find it more beneficial.
Example: well sometimes people will randomly walk up to you and give you items for free.

Being good is a lot harder to do, since you can become evil with anything as simple as a kill. I suggest you go for good, it is more beneficial.
    Im not even here tho

Play the game as a good character, and then start a new game as an evil character.

No. You play through the entire game as a good character, then you play through the entire game as an evil character. That way, you can easily replay the game.
